تعلن شركة القدية عن توفر وظيفة مدير الجاهزية التشغيلية (Director - Operational Readiness) في الرياض، السعودية، وذلك لقيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الإطلاق التشغيلي لمشاريعها المتنوعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط جاهزية تشغيلية شاملة تتماشى مع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والأهداف التنظيمية.
- قيادة التنسيق متعدد الوظائف لتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية عبر الإدارات، وضمان جاهزية جميع الأنظمة والعمليات والموظفين للإطلاق.
- الإشراف على تقييم المخاطر التشغيلية وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف لضمان افتتاح المشاريع بسلاسة.
- إدارة برامج تدريبية لتزويد الفرق التشغيلية بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة.
- مراقبة تقدم الجاهزية من خلال المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء (KPIs) والمقاييس المحددة، مع إبقاء أصحاب المصلحة على اطلاع وضمان بقاء المشاريع في مسارها الصحيح.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا الضيوف بعد الإطلاق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو الضيافة أو تخصص ذي صلة؛ ويفضل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الجاهزية التشغيلية أو إدارة المشاريع أو القيادة التشغيلية ضمن مشاريع الترفيه أو الضيافة أو البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مبادرات الإطلاق التشغيلي والفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات قوية في التفكير الاستراتيجي وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية شاملة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- الإلمام بالسوق السعودي والأعراف الثقافية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a highly skilled Director of Operational Readiness to lead the planning and execution of operational launch strategies for its diverse projects. This pivotal role will ensure all operational aspects are fully prepared, facilities are ready for opening, and teams are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences. The Director will collaborate closely with project management, development, and operational teams to guarantee seamless transition from construction to operation.

- Lead cross-functional coordination to address operational needs across departments ensuring all systems, processes, and staff are ready for launch
- Oversee the assessment of operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to guarantee smooth project openings
- Manage training programs to equip operational teams with necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor readiness progress through established metrics and KPIs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and projects remain on track
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction post-launch
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations leadership within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in leading operational launch initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing and delivering comprehensive training programs
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and cultural norms is an advantage
