نبذة عن الوظيفة

إجراء أعمال الصيانة على طائرات UH-60 وفقاً للإرشادات المحددة من دليل المشغل الأصلي، دليل رحلات الصيانة الاختبارية، دليل قوائم الفحص، والتعليمات ذات الصلة. يشمل ذلك إزالة وتركيب أنظمة ومكونات الطائرة، الخدمة والتشحيم، التحضير للفحوصات، إجراء الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة، والفحوصات الروتينية والخاصة على الطائرة والمكونات المرتبطة بها. استخدام أدوات القياس ومعدات التشخيص والأدوات الخاصة لاستكشاف أعطال الأنظمة الفرعية، إجراء الفحوصات التشغيلية للصيانة، وصيانة الأدوات ومعدات الدعم الأرضي (AGSE). إعداد نماذج وسجلات صيانة مفصلة، وتوفير التدريب للحرس الوطني (MNG) حسب الحاجة، وضمان تنفيذ جميع عمليات الصيانة بأمان.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان تخطيط وتنسيق ودمج ومزامنة أنشطة وإجراءات صيانة طائرات UH-60 بين الجهات المحددة لتحقيق أهداف الجاهزية التشغيلية المحددة.
  • المسؤولية عن الامتثال لأنظمة وعمليات وإجراءات وتقارير الصيانة المقررة التي توفر الوعظ الفوري بمستويات الجاهزية.
  • وضع أهداف وأولويات تشغيلية يومية للصيانة وتنفيذها لتحقيق مستويات الجاهزية المذكورة وأهداف تدريب الحرس الوطني (MNG) حسب الحاجة.
  • الإشراف على الإدارة اليومية للصيانة للطائرات المسندة بشكل فردي دعمًا لمدير مراقبة الإنتاج (PC).
  • العمل ضمن عمليات ومعايير مراقبة جودة الصيانة.
  • توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والتحليلات البحثية المتعلقة بصيانة طائرات UH-60 والأنشطة الداعمة لمدير مراقبة الإنتاج (PC).
  • تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات الخاصة بعمليات الصيانة مع مدير الطيران.
  • التنسيق عبر الإدارة لأنشطة التدريب اليومية والأسبوعية للصيانة.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات الصيانة والأنشطة الداعمة المرتبطة بها بطريقة آمنة.
  • دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المتعطلة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير مراقبة الإنتاج (PC).
  • مهام أخرى حسب توجيهات مدير مراقبة الإنتاج (PC).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل التعليم الإضافي أو التدريب في مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة جامعية (درجة الزمالة) مفضلة.
  • أداء وخبرة سابقة موثقة في صيانة طائرات UH-60.
  • شهادة FAA A&P.
  • شهادة FAA IA.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات كفني صيانة على طائرات من سلسلة UH-60 وخمس (5) سنوات خبرة إجمالية في صيانة الطيران.

Overview

Conducts aircraft maintenance on the UH60 as needed, following specific guidelines from the OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and relevant directives. Removes and installs various aircraft systems and components, services and lubricates systems, prepares for inspections, performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and conducts routine and special inspections on aircraft and related components. Utilizes measuring tools, diagnostic equipment, and special tools for troubleshooting subsystems, conducts maintenance operational checks, and performs operator maintenance on tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE). Prepares detailed maintenance forms and records, provides MNG training as required, and ensures all maintenance operations are executed safely.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that UH-60 Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives.
  • Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
  • Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required.
  • Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager.
  • Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of UH-60 Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager.
  • Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Aviation Manager.
  • Coordinates through management for daily and weekly maintenance training activities.
  • Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
  • In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
  • Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in related field is beneficial.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated past performance and experience in maintenance in the UH60 Aircraft
  • FAA A&P certificate.
  • FAA IA certificate.

Experience Requirements

  • Three (3) years’ experiences as an aircraft mechanic on UH-60 series and five (5) years total experience in aviation maintenance.
