تتولى شركة CEER في الرياض، السعودية، عن فتح شاغر وظيفي لمسمى مدير مجموعة الوحدات - مركز التصميم الخارجي (Exterior Center). يضمن هذا الدور نجاح تسليم المشاريع من خلال الإشراف على فريق الهندسة والتنسيق مع الأقسام ودفع تحسينات العمليات. يقدم مدير مجموعة الوحدات تقارير حالة المشروع وإدارة الموارد وتقييم الأداء متعدد الوظائف، كما يعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لتصعيد المشكلات المتعلقة بالمشروع. يقدم التقارير إلى المدراء ويعرض الرؤية المشتركة للفريق على الإدارة العليا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مجموعة الوحدات على مستوى البرنامج، وضمان التوافق والتعاون بين الأقسام المختلفة.
- تحقيق أهداف مجموعة الوحدات والإبلاغ عن حالة المشروع وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل وأهداف البرنامج، بالتنسيق مع مدراء البرامج.
- تطوير وتنفيذ تحسينات للمهام والعمليات المتعلقة بالمشروع وعمليات تطوير المنتج الداعمة لتسليم المشروع.
- جمع ومراقبة والإبلاغ عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للبرنامج ضمن تنظيم مجموعة الوحدات.
- تخطيط وتأسيس تنظيم مجموعة الوحدات بالتنسيق مع مدير البرنامج والإدارة المباشرة.
- قيادة وإدارة فريق مجموعة الوحدات، بما في ذلك تسهيل اجتماعات قيادة مجموعة الوحدات.
- العمل كأعلى سلطة ضمن فريق الوحدات لتنفيذ المشروع، وتحديد أهداف الجودة والتكلفة والوزن والإصدار والمعالم الرئيسية والمواعيد النهائية لكل مكون بناءً على الجدول الرئيسي.
- اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالمشروع ضمن نطاق الوحدات، بما في ذلك القرارات الفنية، بالتعاون مع فريق العمل متعدد الوظائف.
- تحقيق الأهداف المسندة من خلال إدارة الأداء وتطوير الموظفين وتحفيز الفريق.

- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة عبر جميع الوظائف ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في منصب قيادي أو إداري رفيع المستوى.

Key Functional Responsibilities
- Manage the Module Group at the program level, ensuring alignment and collaboration across multiple departments.
- Achieve Module Group targets and report project status according to customer requirements and program objectives, ensuring full alignment with Program Managers.
- Develop and implement improvements to project-related tasks, processes, and product development (PD) processes that support project delivery.
- Gather, monitor, and report Program KPIs within the Module Group organization.
- Plan and establish the Module Group organization in coordination with the Program Manager and Line Management.
- Lead and manage the Module Group team, including facilitating Module Group Leadership (MGL) meetings.
- Act as the highest authority within the module team for project execution, defining quality, cost, weight, release targets, milestones, and deadlines for each component based on the master schedule.
- Make project-related decisions within the module scope, including technical decisions, in collaboration with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT).
- Achieve assigned objectives through performance management, employee development, and team motivation.
- Contribute to the development of section business plans aligned with departmental objectives.
- Ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls across all assigned activities.
- Prepare and manage the section budget, monitoring financial performance against approved plans.
- Ensure all section activities comply with approved guidelines and budget requirements.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports that meet organizational requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information within and outside the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies and standards across all relevant functions.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
