نبذة عن الوظيفة
تصميم وتقديم وتقييم البرامج التدريبية الفنية لشبكة وكلاء وخدمة CEER Motors، لضمان كفاءة الفنيين في تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة سيارات CEER الكهربائية. يدعم الدور جاهزية الشبكة، والامتثال لسلامة الجهد العالي، وتحقيق الكفاءة الفنية المتسقة عبر جميع مراكز خدمة CEER.
المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية
- إعداد وتقديم وتقييم البرامج التدريبية الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة CEER EV، وسلامة الجهد العالي، والتشخيص، وإجراءات الإصلاح.
- تقديم جلسات تدريبية يقودها المدرب، وجلسات عملية، وجلسات رقمية في ورش التدريب الفني، ومختبرات EV، ومراكز الخدمة، والفصول الدراسية.
- تطوير وتحديث المناهج التدريبية والمحتوى الفني وأدلة التدريب والعروض التقديمية والتقييمات وفقاً لمعايير CEER.
- إجراء تقييمات كتابية وعملية لقياس كفاءة الفنيين وجاهزيتهم.
- الحفاظ على دقة واتساق المواد التدريبية ومواءمتها مع تحديثات المنتج والإصدارات الهندسية.
- دعم إعداد خطة التدريب السنوية والربعية لتلبية متطلبات القسم والشبكة.
- تتبع أداء المتدربين وحضورهم وحالة الشهادات، والحفاظ على سجلات تدريب دقيقة.
- تقديم ملاحظات حول الفجوات المهارية للفنيين والتوصية بتدخلات تدريبية لمدير التدريب ما بعد البيع.
- دعم إدخال الموديلات الجديدة من خلال تطوير وتقديم محتوى تدريبي فني لإطلاق المنتج.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة التدريبية لبروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بـ EV والجهد العالي.
- المساعدة في اختبار والتحقق من صحة أدوات التدريب والمعدات وطرق التدريس الجديدة.
المسؤوليات الإدارية
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف القسم من خلال تقديم تدريب دقيق وعالي الجودة وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
- دعم تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات والضوابط التي تغطي جميع الأنشطة التدريبية الموكلة.
- تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر في عمليات التدريب والمواد والأدوات وأداء المتدربين.
- ضمان دقة وتوقيت جميع التقارير والتقديمات والتقييمات والوثائق ضمن وظيفة التدريب.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الداخلية لـ CEER وبيانات التدريب والمحتوى الفني الخاص.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE)، وخاصة ممارسات سلامة EV والجهد العالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الإلكتروميكانيكية أو هندسة السيارات. شهادة EV/High-Voltage مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في الخبرة الفنية في السيارات، تشمل التشخيص والإصلاح. خبرة سابقة في التدريب الفني مفضلة.

Job Purpose
To design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for CEER Motors’ dealer and service network, ensuring technicians are fully competent in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of CEER electric vehicles. The role supports network readiness, high-voltage safety compliance, and consistent technical capability across all CEER service centres.
Key Functional Responsibilities
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro‑Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering. EV/High‑Voltage Certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of automotive technical experience, including diagnostics and repair. Prior experience in technical training is preferred.

- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs relating to CEER EV systems, high‑voltage safety, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and digital training sessions across technical training workshops, EV labs, service centres, and classrooms.
- Develop and update training curricula, technical content, training manuals, presentations, and assessments in line with CEER standards.
- Conduct written and practical assessments to measure technician competency and readiness.
- Maintain training materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product updates and engineering releases.
- Support the preparation of the annual and quarterly training plan to meet departmental and network requirements.
- Track trainee performance, attendance, and certification status; maintain accurate training records.
- Provide feedback on technician skill gaps and recommend training interventions to the After-Sales Training Manager.
- Support new model introductions by developing and delivering product launch technical content.
- Ensure all training activities comply with EV and high-voltage safety protocols.
- Assist in piloting and validating new training tools, equipment, and teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to achieving departmental objectives by delivering accurate, high-quality training and meeting assigned targets.
- Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and controls covering all assigned training activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes, materials, tools, and trainee performance.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports, submissions, assessments, and documentation within the training function.
- Maintain the confidentiality of CEER internal information, training data, and proprietary technical content.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards, especially EV and high‑voltage safety practices.
