تعلن شركة CEER عن توفر وظيفة Senior Specialist, Logistics Procurement في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يدعم هذا الدور عمليات المشتريات اللوجستية للشحنات الواردة والصادرة، مع ضمان فعالية التكلفة في النقل، والتنسيق مع الموردين، والامتثال، والمواءمة مع احتياجات الإنتاج والتوزيع. كما يساهم في مراقبة الأداء، وتحسين العمليات، والمشتريات الاستراتيجية لتعزيز كفاءة سلسلة التوريد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات استراتيجية مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية لضمان التنسيق السلس للشحنات الواردة والصادرة.
- دعم مفاوضات العقود وإبرام اتفاقيات الخدمة مع مقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية، مع ضمان فعالية التكلفة والامتثال وجودة الخدمة العالية.
- دعم تحسين عمليات النقل (بما في ذلك النقل بالشاحنات والسكك الحديدية والشحن البحري)، واختيار الطرق ووسائل النقل والناقلين لتقليل أوقات العبور وخفض التكاليف وزيادة الكفاءة.
- مراقبة وتحليل اتجاهات سوق الشحن للحد من المخاطر والاستفادة من فرص توفير التكاليف.
- مواءمة جداول الإنتاج مع تسليم المواد الواردة ومتطلبات التوزيع الصادرة لضمان الشحن والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لأداء المشتريات اللوجستية (مثل التسليم في الوقت المحدد، وتكاليف النقل، ودقة المخزون) وإعداد تقارير وعروض تقديمية دورية للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية، واللوائح الجمركية، ومعايير الامتثال التجاري لجميع الشحنات.
- تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات توفير التكاليف وتحسين العمليات عبر عمليات المشتريات اللوجستية.
- ضمان الالتزام باستراتيجيات التوريد الجديدة وإدارة الموردين لضمان أسعار تنافسية وخدمة موثوقة.
- دعم تنفيذ أنظمة ERP والأنظمة اللوجستية لتعزيز دقة البيانات والشفافية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- التعاون عبر الوظائف مع فرق الإنتاج والمالية والعمليات لمواءمة استراتيجيات المشتريات اللوجستية مع أهداف العمل العامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting logistics procurement for inbound and outbound operations, ensuring
cost-effective transportation, supplier coordination, compliance, and alignment with production and
distribution needs. Assist in performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic sourcing to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Key Functional Responsibilities
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting logistics procurement for inbound and outbound operations, ensuring
cost-effective transportation, supplier coordination, compliance, and alignment with production and
distribution needs. Assist in performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic sourcing to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure seamless coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support contract negotiations and establish service agreements with logistics providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Support optimization of transportation operations (including trucking, rail, and ocean freight), selecting routes, modes, and carriers to minimize transit times, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse freight market trends to mitigate risks and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities.
- Align production schedules with inbound material deliveries and outbound distribution requirements to guarantee on-time dispatch and delivery.
- Track KPIs for logistics procurement performance (e.g., on-time delivery, transportation costs, inventory accuracy) and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, customs regulations, and trade compliance standards for all shipments.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across logistics procurement operations.
- Ensure adherence to new sourcing strategies and Vendor Management to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Support ERP and logistics system implementations to enhance data accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and operations teams to align logistics procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years minimum in a relevant field.
