القدية تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف الترفيه والفعاليات - الدعائم (Supervisor - Entertainment & Events - Props) في الرياض، حيث يتولى المسؤولية العملية عن صيانة وإصلاح وتجهيز جميع دعائم العروض والمركبات العرضية والعناصر التقنية المرتبطة بها في ستة فلاجز القدية سيتي وأكوارابيا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صيانة وإصلاح وترميم جميع الدعائم اليدوية والعناصر المسرحية وقطع المجموعات العرضية، بما في ذلك اللصق والربط والإصلاحات الهيكلية، وإصلاحات الألياف الزجاجية واللمسات النهائية، والدهان والتشطيب، والنجارة الأساسية والتصنيع.
- الإشراف على صيانة المركبات العرضية الكهربائية (EV Fleet) بما في ذلك الإطارات والفرامل والتوجيه والأنظمة الميكانيكية، وأنظمة البطاريات والبنية التحتية للشحن، وميزات السلامة (الأبواق والأضواء وأنظمة الإنذار)، وإجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية، والتنسيق مع الموردين المتخصصين عند الحاجة مع امتلاك القدرة على التشخيص والإصلاح الأولي.

- العمل كقائد عملي للورشة، وصيانة الأدوات والمعدات ومساحة العمل، ودعم تصنيع وتعديل الدعائم وعناصر العرض، وإدارة الاستخدام الآمن للأدوات (اليدوية والكهربائية وأدوات اللحام وغيرها).
- حضور البروفات والتجارب التقنية والعروض الحية عند الحاجة لمراقبة كيفية استخدام الدعائم، وتحديد مخاطر التآكل أو التلف أو مشكلات التعامل الناتجة عن استخدام المؤدين، وتنفيذ حلول عملية لتحسين متانة الدعائم وعمرها الافتراضي، وتطوير حلول تخزين مناسبة على المسرح وخلف الكواليس لحماية الدعائم أثناء الاستخدام وبين العروض، وتقديم إصلاحات طارئة فورية أثناء البروفات والعروض الحية.
- تنسيق تجهيز الدعائم وتركيبها وإزالتها وتخزينها للعروض والفعاليات الخاصة، وضمان صيانة جميع الدعائم وفق المعايير الفنية والتشغيلية والسلامة المطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مدن الملاهي أو الترفيه الحي أو الفعاليات أو بيئات مماثلة.
- خبرة عملية قوية عبر تخصصات متعددة: الإصلاح الميكانيكي، الأنظمة الكهربائية الأساسية، تصنيع الدعائم/المسارح، واستكشاف الأعطال التقنية.
- خبرة في العمل مع الدعائم والعناصر المسرحية، والمركبات أو الأصول المتحركة (يفضل)، وأنظمة التشغيل أو التحكم في العروض (مستوى أساسي).
- فهم عمليات إنتاج الترفيه الحي وعمليات ما وراء الكواليس.
- القدرة على العمل بجداول مرنة تشمل الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

The Supervisor Entertainment & Events - Props is responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all show props, show vehicles, and associated technical elements across Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia.
This role is a practical, workshop-led position requiring a highly skilled all-rounder who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of assets - from electric show vehicles and mechanical props to the on-board playback systems and scenic elements - ensuring safe, reliable, and show-ready operation at all times.
The Supervisor will lead by example as a "roll up your sleeves" problem solver, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues in real time, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, functionality, and visual quality.

- Fiberglass repairs and touch-ups
- Painting and finishing
- Basic carpentry and fabrication
- Ensure all props remain show-quality and on-brand
- Oversee maintenance of electric show vehicles including:
- Tires, brakes, steering, and mechanical systems
- Battery systems and charging infrastructure
- Safety features (horns, lights, warning systems)
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Liaise with specialist vendors when required, but own first-line diagnosis and fixes
- Maintain and troubleshoot show playback systems, including:
- iPads / tablets
- Tascam / solid-state playback devices
- Basic audio signal paths and connections
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
- Cabling, connectors, and power supply
- Playback reliability and triggering systems
- Operate as a practical workshop lead, maintaining tools, equipment, and workspace
- Support fabrication and modification of props and show elements as required
- Manage safe use of tools (hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, etc.)
- Attend rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and live performances as required to observe how hand props are used in practice
- Identify potential wear, damage risks, or handling issues arising from performer use and staging
- Implement practical solutions to improve prop durability and longevity, including reinforcement, protective finishes, and handling adjustments
- Develop and introduce appropriate on-stage and backstage storage solutions to protect props during use and between performances
- Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and emergency repairs during rehearsals and live operations as required
- Coordinate prop preparation, installation, removal, and storage for shows and special events
- Ensure all props are maintained to required artistic, operational, and safety standards
Knowledge & Experience;
Minimum 3-5 years' hands-on experience in:
- Theme parks, live entertainment, events, or similar environments
- Mechanical repair
- Basic electrical systems
- Scenic/prop fabrication
- Technical troubleshooting
- Show props and scenic elements
- Vehicles or moving assets (preferred)
