تعلن شركة الجميح للطاقة والمياه (Aljomaih Energy and Water Company) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس وردية (Shift Charge Engineer) في منطقة القصيم - الشماسية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لمحطة توليد الطاقة ذات الدورة المركبة، بما في ذلك التوربينات الغازية والبخارية ومولدات البخار لاسترداد الحرارة (HRSG) والأنظمة المساعدة الأخرى، وضمان عملها ضمن المعايير التصميمية.
  • ضمان أن توليد الطاقة يلبي الطلب المحدد في اتفاقية شراء الطاقة (PPA)، مع مراقبة مستمرة لمتطلبات الحمل وتعديل الإنتاج وفقًا لذلك.

  • التعاون مع فرق الصيانة لتسهيل أعمال الصيانة المخطط لها والتحسينات التشغيلية مع ضمان الحد الأدنى من التعطيل لتشغيل المحطة.
  • التواصل مع إدارات الدعم (مثل الكهرباء والأجهزة) لمعالجة أي تحديات تشغيلية تنشأ أثناء الوردية.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات وتعزيز الكفاءة وأفضل الممارسات التشغيلية بما يتماشى مع الالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التطوير المهني والتدريب الصناعي للحفاظ على المهارات والمعرفة الحالية مع التطورات في تكنولوجيا توليد الطاقة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات المحطة وفحوصات السلامة ووثائق الامتثال وفقًا لسياسات الشركة والمعايير التنظيمية.

  • خبرة حوالي 8 سنوات في تشغيل محطات الطاقة، مع ما لا يقل عن سنتين في دور إشرافي أو قيادي؛ الخبرة المحددة في محطات الدورة المركبة مفضلة. الخبرة في محطات الدورة المركبة بتقنية Siemens GT (CCGT) مفضلة.

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the combined cycle power plant, including gas turbines, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), and other auxiliary systems, ensuring they operate within design parameters

  • Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:
  • Act as the first point of contact in emergency situations, effectively coordinating response efforts and implementing the plant's emergency procedures
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve operational issues, coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams as needed
  • Coordination with Maintenance and Support Teams:
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to facilitate planned maintenance and operational improvements while ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related field. Relevant certifications in power plant operation or management are an asset.

Experience: Around 8 years years of experience in power plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role; specific experience in combined cycle plants is preferred. Siemens GT based CCGT experience is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of combined cycle power generation processes, including a solid grasp of regulatory considerations and contractual obligations under a PPA.

Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Physical and Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, capable of managing emergency situations effectively
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs
