تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن فرصة عمل في الرياض لوظيفة ممرض/ة مسجل/ة في وحدة PACU (وحدة رعاية ما بعد التخدير).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف السريري: ضمان تقديم الرعاية للمرضى بفعالية وكفاءة، بما في ذلك الإشراف على تقييمات المرضى وخطط الرعاية والتدخلات العلاجية.
  • الإشراف على الممرضين والطلاب ودعمهم، بما في ذلك جدولة المناوبات وإدارة أعباء العمل وتقديم الإرشاد والتوجيه.
  • مراقبة وتقييم جودة الرعاية المقدمة من فريق التمريض ومعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بسلامة المرضى ومعايير الرعاية.
  • إجراء جولات هادفة في الوحدة، وزيارة المرضى والموظفين والتفاعل معهم لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم ومنع المضاعفات وتحسين جودة الرعاية.
  • المسؤوليات الإدارية: تنسيق رعاية المرضى مع مقدمي الخدمات الصحية الآخرين لضمان رعاية شاملة ومستمرة.
  • الإشراف على توثيق الرعاية التمريضية للمرضى بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.
  • تنظيم والإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للوحدة، وإكمال جميع المهام في الوقت المناسب بما في ذلك مراقبة المرضى والإجراءات والإدخال والتحويل والتصريف.
  • إجراء جولات في الوحدة كل مناوبة للتأكد من أن جميع الغرف جاهزة للاستخدام وأن جميع طلبات الصيانة قد تمت.
  • ضمان إكمال المهام اليومية للوحدة والتحقق من امتثال جميع موظفي الوحدة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لممارسات مكافحة العدوى من قبل جميع الفرق، ومراقبة الامتثال لجميع الحزم الإجرائية.
  • إدارة الطوارئ والأزمات: قيادة الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ، بما في ذلك التنسيق مع خدمات الطوارئ وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.

  • إجراء تقييمات أداء للموظفين التمريضيين خلال المناوبة وتقديم الملاحظات وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
  • إدارة الموارد: الإشراف على الإمدادات والمعدات الطبية، وضمان توفر الموارد الضرورية بحالة جيدة.
  • مراقبة وإدارة ميزانية الوحدة، بما في ذلك التحكم في التكاليف وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد.
  • القيادة واتخاذ القرارات: تقديم القيادة والدعم لفريق التمريض، وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية وتعزيز العمل الجماعي.
  • اتخاذ قرارات حاسمة بشأن رعاية المرضى وإدارة الموظفين والقضايا التشغيلية، غالباً تحت الضغط وبمعلومات محدودة.
  • التواصل والتعاون: إجراء اجتماعات السلامة في بداية المناوبة أو حسب الحاجة لتعزيز سلامة المرضى وتحسين التواصل بين الفريق.
  • تسهيل التواصل الفعال داخل فريق التمريض وبين الأقسام المختلفة، وضمان مشاركة المعلومات بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب، ورفع المخاوف إلى مدير الوحدة ومشرف التمريض والفريق متعدد التخصصات.
  • معالجة مخاوف المرضى وعائلاتهم، وتحديث حالتهم وضمان مراعاة احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم.
  • إدارة وحل النزاعات بين الموظفين أو المرضى أو العائلات بشكل مهني وبناء.
  • إظهار مهارات التواصل المتعاطف أثناء تقديم الدعم والرعاية للمرضى والموظفين.
  • الحفاظ على نهج إيجابي واستباقي تجاه التحديات، وتثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المهارات والقدرات: موجه نحو الخدمة، ومهني مع تواصل مفتوح.
  • امتلاك مهارات شخصية ممتازة وإظهار القدرة على القيادة والإدارة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.
  • مهارات حاسوبية (Word, Excel, PowerPoint وغيرها) ومهارات مكتبية (هاتف، مسح ضوئي، إعداد جداول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات) والكفاءات والمهارات التقنية والصفات الشخصية المطلوبة.
  • الخبرة: خبرة تمريضية مسجلة بدوام كامل لا تقل عن سنتين، مع سنة واحدة كممرض مسؤول (Charge Nurse) في نفس التخصص.
  • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
  • اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • التراخيص/الشهادات: رخصة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادات BLS، ACLS ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء.

Description

  • Clinical Oversight:
  • Ensures patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently, including overseeing patient assessments, care plans, and treatment interventions.
  • Supervises and supports nursing staff and students, including scheduling shifts, managing workloads, and providing guidance and preceptorship.
  • Monitors and evaluates the nursing team's quality of care, addressing issues related to patient safety and care standards.
  • Conducts purposeful rounding on the unit, visiting and interacting with patients and staff to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
  • Oversees accurate and timely patient care and nursing documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and oversee the unit's daily activities, completing all tasks promptly, including patient monitoring, Procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Conduct unit rounds every shift to ensure all rooms were ready to use and all required maintenance requests were in place.
  • Ensure the completion of daily unit assignments and countercheck the compliance of all unit staff.
  • Ensure compliance with the infection control practice by all disciplines. - Monitor and countercheck the compliance of all bundles.
  • Emergency and Crisis Management:
  • Leads the response to emergencies, including coordinating with emergency services and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Addresses and resolves unexpected issues or complications during patient care or within the unit.
  • Staff Development and Training:
  • Supports staff training and continuing education to ensure that nursing staff remain current with best practices and new developments in healthcare. Supports and participates in continuous educational activities.
  • Conducts performance evaluations for nursing staff during the shift, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manages and oversees medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary resources are available and in good condition.
  • Monitors and manages the unit’s budget, including controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Leadership and Decision-Making:
  • Provides leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Makes critical decisions regarding patient care, staff management, and operational issues, often under pressure and with limited information.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Conducts safety huddles at the beginning of the shift or as needed to enhance patient safety and improve communication among the healthcare team.
  • Facilitates effective communication within the nursing team and between different departments, ensuring that information is shared promptly and accurately. Escalate concerns to the unit manager, nursing supervisor, and multidisciplinary team.
  • Addresses patient and family concerns, updating patient status and ensuring their needs and preferences are considered.
  • Manages and resolves conflicts or issues among staff, patients, or families professionally and constructively.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients and staff.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to challenges. - Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Service-oriented, professional with open communication.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have demonstrated in leadership and management.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Computer skills (Word, excel, power point, etc.) And Clerical Skills (phone, scanning, scanning, preparing agenda and taking Minutes of Meetings, etc.) competencies, technical skills and personal attributes as required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years full time registration nursing experience with one year as a charge nurse in the same specialty.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Equivalent. Language: Excellent command of English language ,Arabic is a plus.

Licenses / Certifications: License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
