تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis لتعيين قائد رئيسي في قطاع المياه (Lead Principal - Water) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشرف المرشح على الأنشطة الهندسية والتصميمية المتعلقة بالمياه، مع إشراف على تسليم المشاريع، وبناء علاقات قوية مع الجهات المحلية والمطورين والمقاولين.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإدارة الأعمال الهندسية والتصميمية لمشاريع البنية التحتية للمياه، بما يشمل الشبكات وأنظمة النقل ومحطات الضخ والمرافق ذات الصلة.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والمراجعة عالية الجودة والإشراف على فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات.
  • ضمان امتثال تصاميم المشاريع للوائح الجهات المحلية والمعايير ومتطلبات العملاء.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك الجهات الحكومية والمطورين وكبار المقاولين في المملكة.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء الاستراتيجيين والشركاء الخارجيين، وتمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات الفنية والعروض وورش العمل.
  • قيادة الإعداد للعروض والمساهمة فيها، بما يشمل الإعدادات الفنية والمنهجيات وتخطيط الموارد وتقديرات التكاليف.
  • دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال من خلال تحديد الفرص والمساهمة في المساعي الاستراتيجية، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق القيادة الإقليمية لتوسيع أعمال المياه في المملكة.
  • التنسيق وإدارة المخرجات عبر مراكز التصميم العالمية والمحاور الفنية، وتعزيز علاقات العمل مع الشركاء الدوليين والاستشاريين الفرعيين والفرق المتخصصة، وضمان تعاون فعال وتبادل المعرفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في الهندسة (مدنية، بيئية، موارد مائية أو تخصص ذي صلة)، ويفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • خبرة تتراوح بين 10 و15 سنة في هندسة المياه والتصميم وإدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة فنية قوية مع إثبات العمل مع الجهات المحلية وكبار المقاولين والاستشاريين في المنطقة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تطوير العروض والتعامل مع الطلبات الفنية.
  • علاقات وشبكة علاقات قوية مع الجهات والمطورين والمقاولين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التعاون مع الفرق العالمية وإدارة الشراكات مع المستشارين الخارجيين والمقاولين الفرعيين.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والقيادة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وإدارة أولويات متعددة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة معايير قطاع المياه في المملكة العربية السعودية وعمليات الموافقة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع المياه والصرف الصحي أو البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
  • وعي تجاري قوي وفهم لسوق المملكة.
  • الشهادات المهنية (مثل Chartered Engineer، PMP) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Water Lead to oversee water-related engineering, design, and project delivery activities in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive engineering expertise, strong connections with local authorities, developers, and contractors, and proven capability in managing proposals and collaborating with global teams and partner consultants.

Your role

Technical Leadership & Project Delivery

  • Lead and manage the engineering and design of water infrastructure projects, including networks, transmission systems, pumping stations, and related facilities.
  • Provide technical guidance, quality review, and oversight to multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Ensure project designs comply with local authority regulations, standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including government authorities, developers, and major contractors in the Kingdom.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and external partners.
  • Represent the company in technical meetings, presentations, and workshops with authorities and developers.

Proposal & Business Development

  • Lead and contribute to proposal preparation, including technical write-ups, methodologies, resource planning, and cost estimates.
  • Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to strategic pursuits.
  • Work closely with regional leadership teams to expand the water business in KSA.

Global Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Coordinate and manage deliverables across global design centers and technical hubs.
  • Foster strong working relationships with international partners, sub-consultants, and specialist teams.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and alignment with global best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or related discipline) as a minimum; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in water engineering, design, and project management.
  • Strong technical expertise with proven experience working with local authorities, major contractors, and consultants in the region.
  • Demonstrated experience in proposal development and handling technical submissions.
  • Strong network and relationships with authorities, developers, and contractors in KSA.
  • Proven experience collaborating with global teams and managing partnerships with external consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of KSA water sector standards and approval processes.
  • Experience in large-scale water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the KSA market landscape.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer, PMP) are a plus.
