تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي تقنية معلومات (IT Specialist) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم الدعم الفني والوظيفي لتطبيقات الرعاية الصحية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تقديم الدعم الفني والوظيفي والخبرة في إعداد ودعم وتدريب ونشر وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات الطبية، بما في ذلك تطبيقات المكتب الأمامي والتطبيقات المرتبطة بأطراف ثالثة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الدعم من المستوى الثاني (2nd-line support) لمستخدمي التطبيقات السريرية في كيان فقيه للرعاية الصحية لحل المشكلات التقنية بشكل فوري، وتقديم الدعم من المستوى الأول عند الحاجة.
  • مراقبة وصيانة وتحديث الحلول السريرية والحلول السريرية التابعة لأطراف ثالثة لضمان عملها بشكل سليم للمستخدمين.
  • تسجيل وتوثيق أنشطة العمل اليومية وحالات الدعم حسب المطلوب.
  • الحفاظ على تواصل جيد مع المستخدمين وتقديم الدعم الفني المستمر وتحديثات حول تقدم الحالات.
  • تشخيص وحل مشكلات المنتجات مع التركيز على حل المشكلات وتوثيق ما يتعلق بها.
  • تتبع وإدارة تقدم حالات المستخدمين والمهام المسندة حتى الإغلاق وضمان الحلول في الوقت المناسب.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتحسين إجراءات العمل والعمليات والمعرفة بالمنتجات ضمن قسم خدمات رعاية العملاء.
  • تسهيل علاقات عمل قوية مع فريق تسليم الحلول لضمان تعاون فعال في المشاريع والمشكلات.
  • الموازنة بين أولويات المشروع لضمان درجة عالية من الاستقرار والتوفر في بيئة التطبيقات.
  • ضمان أن تكون المخرجات مناسبة وظيفياً وسليمة تقنياً ومتكاملة بشكل جيد مع النظام العام.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لتدفقات العمليات ومواصفات التصميم ومتطلبات العمل اليومية.
  • استخدام مدير حلول التطبيقات (Application Solution Manager) لحل المشكلات واستكشاف الحلول واحتياجات العمل اليومية.
  • أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الخبرة: لأخصائي تقنية معلومات - من 0 إلى 2 سنوات خبرة في دعم تقنية المعلومات أو دعم التطبيقات في مجال الرعاية الصحية. لكبير أخصائيي تقنية المعلومات - 3 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في دعم تقنية المعلومات أو دعم التطبيقات في مجال الرعاية الصحية.
  • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو المعلوماتية الصحية أو مجال ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير تعتبر إضافة.
  • اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، مع تفضيل العربية.

Description

Job Purpose:

To provide functional and technical support and expertise in the configuration, support, training, deployment,

and issue resolution of medical applications, including front office and third-party related applications.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Provides 2nd-line support to Fakeeh Care entity’s clinical application users to resolve technical issues promptly. Provides 1st-line support as needed.
  • Monitors, maintains, and updates clinical solutions and third-party clinical solutions/add-ons to ensure proper functioning for users.
  • Registers and documents daily work activities and support cases as required.
  • Maintains good communication with users, providing ongoing technical support and updates on case progress.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves product issues, focusing on problem resolution and maintaining related documentation.
  • Tracks and manages the progression of user cases and assigned tasks through to closure, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborates with team members to continuously improve work routines, processes, and product knowledge within the Customer Care Services department.
  • Facilitates strong working relationships with the solutions delivery team to ensure effective collaboration on projects and issues.
  • Balances project priorities to ensure that the application landscape maintains a high degree of stability and availability.
  • Ensures deliverables are functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated into the overall system.
  • Maintains accurate documentation regarding process flows, design specifications, and daily work requirements.
  • Utilizes Application Solution Manager for problem-solving, solution exploration, and daily work needs.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Experience:

IT Specialist: 0 - 2 years of experience in IT support or application support in a healthcare setting.

Senior IT Specialist: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or application support in a healthcare setting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
