مطلوب مساعد رعاية مرضى للعمل في شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية في مكة وجدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

ضمان رعاية شاملة وحنونة للمرضى، ودعم المرضى والمهنيين الصحيين، والمساهمة في بيئة رعاية إيجابية وفعالة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التأكد من تجهيز العيادة أو غرفة الإجراءات بجميع الأدوات والأجهزة والمستلزمات اللازمة، والحفاظ على جاهزيتها لرعاية المرضى.
  • إجراء تقييمات شاملة للمرضى تشمل العلامات الحيوية والتاريخ الطبي وتقييم مخاطر السقوط والفحص لأعراض الأمراض المعدية، وتوثيق النتائج بدقة واتخاذ الاحتياطات اللازمة.
  • دعم الأطباء أثناء فحوصات المرضى والإجراءات السريرية، مع إعطاء الأولوية لراحة المريض وسلامته طوال العملية.
  • تنسيق وجدولة مواعيد المتابعة والإحالات إلى الأخصائيين والفحوصات التشخيصية اللازمة، وضمان استمرارية الرعاية بسلاسة.
  • مراقبة وإدارة المستلزمات والمعدات الطبية، وضمان تزويد قسم العيادات الخارجية بالمخزون الكافي، وتطبيق ممارسات استخدام فعالة، والتأكد من دفع قيمة جميع الخدمات قبل الإجراءات.
  • تسجيل العلامات الحيوية بدقة بما في ذلك درجة الحرارة والنبض والتنفس ومستوى الألم وتشبع الأكسجين وضغط الدم، بالإضافة إلى القياسات البشرية.
  • توثيق معلومات المريض وأنشطة الرعاية بدقة في النظام، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير المنظمة.
  • التعاون بفعالية مع الممرضين والأطباء وأعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لدعم خطط رعاية المرضى وضمان تقديم رعاية منسقة.
  • إجراء تغييرات بسيطة للضمادات عند الحاجة، مع الالتزام ببروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى.
  • إعطاء المستحضرات الموضعية وقطرات العين بدقة، مع ضمان راحة المريض وسلامته.
  • إجراء الاختبارات الفورية (Point-of-Care Testing) عند الضرورة وفق البروتوكولات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • ضمان الفوترة الدقيقة للخدمات المقدمة للمرضى، وتتبع استخدام المخزون مقابل مخزون الوحدة.
  • مراقبة مستويات التوريد بانتظام والتحقق من تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية الأدوية والأدوات، وضمان التجديد في الوقت المناسب.
  • إبلاغ مدير التمريض بأي نقص أو مستلزمات وشيكة الانتهاء لتسهيل طلبها من المخزن الرئيسي.
  • اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في الحالات الطارئة أو غير المتوقعة ضمن نطاق المسؤوليات الروتينية، وضمان سلامة المريض.
  • تحديد والإبلاغ عن المعدات المعطلة أو المكسورة، ومشكلات صيانة المرافق، والمخاطر البيئية أو المتعلقة بالسلامة إلى الموظفين المعنيين.
  • التنقل والعمل في وحدات أخرى حسب الحاجة، وإتمام المهام التي يكلف بها ممرض المشرف أو مدير التمريض بناءً على الكفاءة والتوفر.
  • العمل بنظام المناوبات المتناوبة بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية، والبقاء متاحاً للاستدعاء عند الحاجة لتلبية احتياجات القسم.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بمتطلبات التطوير المهني لتعزيز المعرفة والمهارات والممارسة في البيئة السريرية.
  • الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المرضى، وضمان حماية المعلومات الحساسة.
  • مساعدة المرضى في احتياجات الحركة، بما في ذلك نقلهم بين الأسرة والكراسي وغيرها من المواقع، والمساعدة في المشي أو استخدام وسائل المساعدة على الحركة.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث أو مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة إلى الموظفين المعنيين والمساعدة في إجراءات المتابعة اللازمة لتعزيز بيئة آمنة.
  • أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والبحث بنشاط عن مخاوف السلامة المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
  • الحفاظ على سرية تامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في مبادرات التدريب والتوعية لمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الدقة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتوتر.
  • المبادرة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
  • القدرة على التكيف مع التغيير والتقنيات الحديثة.
  • خبرة سنة واحدة كمساعد رعاية مرضى، أو برنامج الانتقال إلى الممارسة للخريجين الجدد من البرنامج ذي الصلة.
  • برنامج تدريبي كمساعد رعاية مرضى / دبلوم في التمريض أو في نفس المجال.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (ضروري)، واللغة العربية مرغوب فيها.
  • رخصة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة ممارسة حسب الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) / هيئة الصحة بدبي (DHA)) ، وشهادة BLS، ACLS، ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الحاجة.

Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure comprehensive and compassionate care, supporting patients and healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and effective care environment.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Ensures the clinic or procedure room is fully equipped with all necessary instruments, devices, and supplies, maintaining readiness for patient care.
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, fall risk evaluations, and screening for symptoms of infectious diseases. Document findings accurately and apply necessary precautions.
  • Supports physicians during patient examinations and clinic-based procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Coordinates and schedule follow-up appointments, referrals to specialists, and necessary diagnostic tests, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Monitors and manages medical supplies and equipment, ensuring the outpatient department (OPD) is adequately stocked. Implement efficient usage practices and confirm that all services are paid for prior to procedures.
  • Accurately records vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, pain level, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure, along with anthropometric measurements.
  • Documents patient information and care activities meticulously in the system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborates effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members to support patient care plans and ensure coordinated delivery of care.
  • Performs simple dressing changes as required, maintaining adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Administers topical applications and eye drops with precision, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Conducts point-of-care testing as necessary, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Ensures accurate charging for services rendered to patients, tracking and managing stock usage against the unit's inventory.
  • Regularly monitors supply levels and check expiration dates of medications and instruments, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Informs the Nurse Manager of any deficits or nearly expired supplies to facilitate timely requests for replenishment from the main store.
  • Takes appropriate actions in urgent or unexpected situations within the scope of routine responsibilities, ensuring patient safety.
  • Identifies and reports defective or broken equipment, facility maintenance issues, and safety or environmental hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Floats and covers other units as needed, completing tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager based on competency and availability.
  • Works rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain available on call as required to meet departmental needs.
  • Keeps current with professional development requirements to enhance knowledge, skills, and practice in the clinical setting.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive information is kept secure and private.
  • Assists patients with mobility needs, including transferring them between beds, chairs, and other locations, as well as aiding with walking or the use of mobility aids.
  • Reports any incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel and assist with necessary follow-up actions to promote a safe environment.

Experience

  • 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Assistant
  • Transition to practice program for fresh graduates from relevant program

Education

Training program as Patient Care Assistant / Diploma in Nursing or in the same field

Language

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, and Arabic is desirable

Licenses / Certifications

License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
