تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة ممرض/ممرضة قانوني (Registered Nurse) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لتقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قائمة على الأدلة بهدف تحسين حياة المرضى في بيئة سريرية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة للحالة الصحية للمرضى، بما في ذلك الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المرضى وبالتعاون مع فريق الرعاية الصحية.
  • إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات الضارة.
  • العناية بالجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
  • مساعدة الأطباء وفريق الرعاية الصحية أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى، بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوكيات، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغييرات مهمة.
  • الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة وتقديم الرعاية الفورية حسب الحاجة.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة متعلقات المرضى ومعداتهم وفق سياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • اتباع البروتوكولات المعتمدة لحالات الطوارئ المختلفة (مثل رموز الطوارئ وفريق الاستجابة السريعة) لضمان سلامة المرضى وفعالية الاستجابة.
  • الابتكار في رعاية المرضى وتطبيق الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة لتحسين النتائج.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات رعاية دقيقة ومفصلة للمرضى، بما في ذلك الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
  • التواصل الفعال مع المرضى والعائلات وفريق الرعاية الصحية لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
  • التعاون مع المختصين الصحيين لضمان استمرارية الرعاية وتكاملها.
  • تقديم الدعم العاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم ومعالجة المخاوف وتقديم الطمأنينة خلال الأوقات العصيبة.
  • الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم وضمان احترام حقوقهم وإصغاء أصواتهم.
  • المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر للبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الممارسات والتطورات الطبية.
  • احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة ودمج قيم ومعتقدات المرضى في تخطيط الرعاية.
  • الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
  • التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات يشمل الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
  • تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في إيجاد حلول وتحسينات في الممارسة.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمركزة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، والالتزام بسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وروح خدمة عالية.
  • القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
  • مهارات حاسوبية (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، طباعة وغيرها).
  • مهارات إدارية (إعداد جداول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات، مسح المستندات ضوئياً وغيرها).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة. (الموظفون الحاصلون على أقل من سنة خبرة سيلتحقون ببرنامج الإقامة التمريضية - خريجو فقيه).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة ممارسة مهنة وفقاً للجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادات BLS، ACLS، ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء.

Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that transforms lives through excellent evidence-based practices to patients in a clinical setting. The role includes assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The Registered Nurse works closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Clinical Duties:
  • Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
  • Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
  • Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
  • Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
  • Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
  • Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
  • Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
  • Supportive Duties:
  • Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
  • Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
  • Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
  • Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
  • Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
  • Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience
  • RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

Language

Excellent command of the English language and Arabic is a plus.

Licenses / Certifications

License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
