تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة مشرف (Supervisor) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية المتعلقة بالفريق الداخلي والموردين الخارجيين.
  • المسؤولية عن توفير المواد اللازمة لإكمال الأنشطة الهيكلية والمدنية والتشطيبية.
  • المسؤولية عن تحسين الإنتاجية، والمراقبة الدقيقة للتقدم، وضمان توفر المواد اللازمة لإكمال الأنشطة الهيكلية والمدنية والتشطيبية.
  • مساعدة المهندس المدني في إكمال المهام الموكلة.
  • إبراز المشكلات المتعلقة بالمواد والعمالة للمهندس المدني.
  • تحديد وإزالة الاختناقات في العمل.
  • المراقبة الدقيقة للتقدم وجودة العمل والعمل بالسلامة المطلوبة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات.
  • القدرة على التنسيق مع فريق MEP لتسهيل أعمالهم.
  • إعداد قائمة مشتريات المواد المحلية.
  • لعب دور في تطبيق معايير السلامة.
  • المعرفة العملية بجميع الأعمال المدنية والتشطيبية.
  • مهام أخرى حسب التكليف ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي لمعالجة مخاوف السلامة المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب التوعوي لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نفس الدور.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • شهادة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة.
  • مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج MS Word و Excel.

Description

Job Purpose:

Capable of working within a broad range of duties, covering site activities related to execution of Structural, Civil & Finishing activities that serve Health care facilities in particular and other building types in general.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Supervise civil works execution related to internal team and external vendor.
  • Responsible for providing the required material to complete Structural, Civil and Finishing activities etc.
  • Responsible for improving productivity, close progress monitoring and making sure availability of required material, to complete Structural, Civil and Finishing activities etc.
  • Assist Civil Engineer in completion of assigned task.
  • Highlight issues related to material and manpower to Civil Engineer.
  • Identify and remove work bottleneck.
  • Close monitoring of progress, quality of work and working with required safety.
  • Able to read and understand drawing.
  • Able to coordinate with MEP team to facilitate their works.
  • Prepare local purchase items list.
  • Play role in implementation of safety standards.
  • Practical knowledge of all civil and finishes works.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Skills And Abilities

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Software like: MS Word, Excel.

Experience

3-5 years’ experience in the same role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

Saudi Council of Engineers Certificate
