تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشروع في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

إدارة المشاريع من مرحلة البدء وحتى الإغلاق، مع التركيز على مرافق الرعاية الصحية وأنواع المباني الأخرى، وضمان التسليم وفقاً لأهداف المشروع وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتوجيه وتحفيز فريق المشروع لتحقيق أهداف المشروع وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التقييم والتحليل التي تسبق بدء المشروع.
  • التشاور الفعال مع المديرين التنفيذيين وقادة الأعمال والمستخدمين النهائيين لفهم احتياجاتهم وتوقعاتهم.
  • امتلاك المعرفة الإدارية والفنية والخبرة في إدارة المشاريع.
  • توفير القيادة والتخطيط والتنسيق لفريق المشروع من خلال التواصل الفعال.
  • التواصل في الوقت الفعلي مع الفريق باستخدام الاجتماعات.
  • الموازنة بين القيود المتضاربة للمشروع والموارد المتاحة.
  • تقديم التوجيهات وعرض رؤية النجاح للمشروع.
  • استخدام المهارات الشخصية للموازنة بين أهداف أصحاب المصلحة المتضاربة والمتنافسة.
  • التفاعل الاستباقي مع مديري المشاريع الآخرين.
  • بناء علاقات تدعم الفريق في تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
  • التفاعل مع رعاة المشروع لمعالجة القضايا الاستراتيجية الداخلية التي قد تؤثر على جدوى المشروع.
  • توجيه وتثقيف المتخصصين الآخرين حول قيمة نهج إدارة المشاريع للشركة.
  • إدارة عناصر المشروع بما في ذلك الجدول الزمني والتكلفة والموارد والمخاطر.
  • التفاوض الفعال وتنفيذ القرارات والإجراءات التي تدعم التسليم الناجح للمشروع.
  • الاستعانة بخبرة المستخدمين النهائيين الذين يديرون الأعمال في DSFH.
  • تحديد أولويات العمل باستمرار من خلال المراجعة والتعديل حسب الحاجة.
  • العمل على مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد والقدرة على تعدد المهام.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التوعية والتدريب لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام برامج MS Word و Excel و PowerPoint.
  • مهارات قيادة قوية، ومهارات تواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • مهارات تخطيط وتنسيق قوية.
  • القدرة على الموازنة بين قيود المشروع (النطاق، الوقت، التكلفة، الموارد) وإدارة الأولويات.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات، اتخاذ القرار، والتفاوض.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك تسليم المشاريع من مرحلة البدء وحتى الإغلاق.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة (ويفضل درجة الماجستير).
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً، ويفضل العربية.
  • شهادة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) وشهادة PMP (يفضل).

Description

Job Purpose:

To manage projects from initiation through closing, serving health care facilities in particular and other building types in general, ensuring delivery in line with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Lead, guide, motivate and direct the project team in order to meet the project's objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Able to be involved in evaluation and analysis activities that precede the project initiation.
  • Able to effectively consult with executives, business leaders and end users to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Possess project management knowledge, technical knowledge and experience.
  • Provide the project team with leadership, planning, and coordination through communications.
  • Communicate in real time with team using meetings.
  • Balance the competing constraints on the project with resources available.
  • Provide directions and present the vision of success for the project.
  • Use soft skills to balance the conflicting and competing goals of the project stakeholders.
  • Proactively interact with other project managers.
  • Able to develop relationships that assist the team in achieving the goals and objectives of the project.
  • Interact with project sponsors to address internal strategic issues that may impact viability of project.
  • Orient and educate other professionals regarding the value of project management approach to the company.
  • Manage project elements, including, but not limited to schedule, cost, resources, and risks.
  • Effectively negotiate and implement decisions and actions that support successful delivery of the project.
  • Seek out the expertise of the end users who run the business in DSFH.
  • Continuously prioritizing work by reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
  • Work on multi-projects simultaneously and capable of multitasking.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including project delivery from initiation through closing.

Education

Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering or Architecture/ Master degree (Preferable)

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

SCE, PMP (Preferable).
