شركة العليان تطلب محلل أنظمة أول (Senior System Analyst) في الرياض، حيث يتولى تصميم وتقديم حلول سحابية آمنة وقابلة للتوسع عبر منصات سحابية عامة، مع قيادة التحول السحابي للمؤسسة وتحديد استراتيجيات البنية التحتية السحابية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم بنى سحابية متكاملة لأحمال العمل المؤسسية والتطبيقات السحابية الأصلية عبر Google Cloud Platform وMicrosoft Azure وOracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • قيادة مبادرات الترحيل السحابي والتحديث الخاصة بالمؤسسة باستخدام أفضل الممارسات وأطر الترحيل المنظمة.
  • تحديد وتنفيذ مناطق الهبوط السحابية التي تلبي متطلبات الحوكمة والأمان والامتثال والتشغيل.
  • ضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية من خلال المراقبة والتسجيل والملاحظة والتعافي من الكوارث وممارسات الموثوقية.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لتنفيذ البنية التحتية كرمز (IaC) باستخدام Terraform أو أدوات أتمتة مكافئة.
  • دعم تنفيذ ممارسات DevOps وهندسة المنصات، بما في ذلك خطوط CI/CD وأتمتة الإصدارات.
  • تطوير استراتيجيات البنية السحابية المتوافقة مع أهداف المؤسسة وخريطة الطريق التكنولوجية.
  • تحديد أساليب الترحيل (إعادة الاستضافة، إعادة المنصة، إعادة البناء، إعادة البنية، الاستبدال) بناءً على المتطلبات التجارية والفنية.
  • تقييم الحلول السحابية والتوصية بتصميمات بنية قابلة للتطوير وآمنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
  • المساهمة في خرائط طريق التبني السحابي وخطط التحديث.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ حلول البنية التحتية السحابية باستخدام الخدمات السحابية الأصلية وتقنيات الأتمتة.
  • تطوير أنماط ومعايير وأطر نشر قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام للبنية السحابية.
  • تعزيز ممارسات DevOps وDevSecOps والحاويات والأتمتة عبر المشاريع.
  • دعم التحسين المستمر للمنصات السحابية وقدرات البنية التحتية.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية والتوجيه المعماري طوال مشاريع الترحيل والتحول السحابي.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة السحابية والبنية التحتية والأمان و DevOps لتقديم حلول سحابية متكاملة.
  • دعم أنشطة ما قبل البيع من خلال إجراء ورش عمل معمارية وتطوير تصاميم حلول والمساهمة في المقترحات الفنية.
  • التفاعل مع العملاء ومزودي الخدمات السحابية لمواءمة الحلول الفنية مع المتطلبات التجارية.
  • ضمان امتثال البنى السحابية لمتطلبات الحوكمة والأمان والتنظيم الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
  • تعزيز معايير البنية السحابية وأفضل الممارسات ومبادئ التصميم المؤسسية.
  • دمج إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) وضوابط الأمان والمرونة في تصاميم الحلول.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • شهادة Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
  • شهادة Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • شهادة Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect (يفضل).
  • شهادة HashiCorp Terraform Associate (يفضل).
  • شهادات Kubernetes (CKA أو CKAD) (يفضل).
  • شهادات DevOps أو هندسة سحابية ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في بنية السحابة، استشارات سحابية، هندسة بنية تحتية، أو أدوار ذات صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مبادرات الترحيل السحابي والتحديث على مستوى المؤسسة.
  • خبرة عملية مع منصات السحابة العامة، ممارسات DevOps، البنية التحتية كرمز (Terraform)، الحاويات (Docker, Kubernetes)، وتنفيذ CI/CD.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for designing, governing, and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions across public cloud platforms. The role supports enterprise cloud transformation by defining cloud architecture strategies, leading migration and modernization initiatives, establishing cloud foundations, and enabling DevOps practices that ensure reliable, automated, and secure service delivery while aligning with business and technology objectives.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
 

Operations
  • Design end-to-end cloud architectures for enterprise workloads and cloud-native applications across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Lead enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives using industry best practices and structured migration frameworks.
  • Define and implement cloud landing zones that meet governance, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, logging, observability, disaster recovery, and reliability best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent automation tools.
  • Support the implementation of DevOps and platform engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

Planning
  • Develop cloud architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Define migration approaches, including rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, and replace strategies, based on business and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate cloud solutions and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture designs.
  • Contribute to cloud adoption roadmaps and modernization plans.

Development
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using cloud-native services and automation technologies.
  • Develop reusable cloud architecture patterns, standards, and deployment frameworks.
  • Promote DevOps, DevSecOps, containerization, and automation best practices across projects.
  • Support continuous improvement of cloud platforms and infrastructure capabilities.

Stakeholder Management
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout cloud migration and transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities by conducting architecture workshops, developing solution designs, and contributing to technical proposals.
  • Engage with customers and cloud service providers to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure cloud architectures comply with organizational governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote cloud architecture standards, best practices, and enterprise design principles.
  • Incorporate identity and access management (IAM), security controls, and resilience into solution designs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certifications

  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD implementation.
