Role Description:

The مهندس تخطيط (توطين) role is a full-time, and MUST comply with Saudization, on-site position based in Dammam. The role involves developing and maintaining production and project plans that support Saudization and local content objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data and performance indicators, preparing planning reports, monitoring project timelines, and coordinating with internal teams to keep activities on track. The engineer will support project control processes, assist in resource allocation and scheduling, and communicate progress and risks to relevant stakeholders. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the integration of local workforce and suppliers within project plans.

Qualifications:

• Strong planning and production planning skills, with the ability to develop, update, and optimize project and operational plans.
• 5+ years of experience is a MUST.
• Primavera P6 professional is a MUST
• POWER BI Professional is a MUST
• Analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support decision-making for Saudization and local content initiatives.
• Experience in project control, including tracking milestones, managing schedules, and reporting on progress and variances.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and to present planning reports clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; experience in planning or project control within the engineering or industrial sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudization, local content frameworks, and relevant regulations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (such as MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software) and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving project priorities and timelines.
