Safety and Security Supervisor

Job Summar

yResponsible for overseeing the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensuring compliance across all facilities, projects, and subsidiaries of the investment group. The role also includes managing and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety of personnel, protection of assets, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

.
Key Duties and Responsibilitie

s:Occupational Health & Safe

• tySupervise the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures across all sites and project
• s.Ensure compliance with safety regulations within property management operations, construction projects, and operational facilitie
• s.Identify and assess workplace hazards and develop appropriate preventive and corrective measure
• s.Conduct regular and surprise safety inspections and submit the necessary report
• s.Monitor the readiness and effectiveness of safety equipment, fire protection systems, and emergency exit
• s.Develop, update, and monitor the implementation of emergency response and evacuation plan
• s.Investigate workplace incidents and injuries, prepare reports, and recommend corrective action
• s.Coordinate with relevant government and regulatory authorities, such as Civil Defense and other regulatory bodie

s.Training & Awarene

• ssPlan and deliver occupational health and safety training and awareness program
• s.Educate employees and contractors on safety procedures and safe work practice
• s.Promote a strong safety culture across all subsidiarie

s.CCTV Responsibiliti

• esOversee CCTV surveillance systems across all facilities and project
• s.Monitor the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems and ensure their continuous functionalit
• y.Coordinate with service providers and technical teams regarding maintenance, upgrades, and system enhancement
• s.Review CCTV recordings in the event of incidents, accidents, or security violation
• s.Ensure the retention and storage of recordings in accordance with company policies and legal requirement
• s.Recommend improvements to surveillance systems to enhance safety and securit
• y.Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure CCTV systems are used only for authorized and legitimate purpose

s.Reporting & Governan

• cePrepare periodic reports on occupational safety performance, incidents, and observation
• s.Submit reports related to CCTV systems and security incident
• s.Follow up on the closure of safety and security observations with the concerned department
• s.Contribute to the development and enhancement of safety and security policies and procedures across the investment grou
