هنقرستيشن، إحدى شركات مجموعة Delivery Hero الرائدة عالمياً في مجال التوصيل المحلي، تبحث عن مهندس برمجيات خلفي (Backend) من المستوى الثاني للانضمام إلى فريقها المتنامي في الرياض. ستعمل مع فريق المنتج لفهم المتطلبات وتقديم الخبرة الفنية، والمشاركة في تحليل وتصميم واختبار الحلول البرمجية عالية الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث منهجيات تطوير البرمجيات لتقديم حلول برمجية متميزة.
- تحليل متطلبات المنتج لفهم الاحتياجات الهندسية وتقدير الجهود وتقديم الحلول المناسبة بالتعاون مع فريق المنتج.
- المساعدة في بناء مكونات التطوير لتحويل المتطلبات إلى برمجيات عاملة بدقة.
- توثيق جميع خطوات البرمجة لضمان الوضوح وتسهيل التعديلات والصيانة المستقبلية.
- التحقيق في المشكلات والأخطاء وحلها.
- التعاون مع الزملاء في مراجعات الكود وإعداد تقارير مراجعة الكود.
- إجراء اختبارات وظيفية واختبارات الوحدات لضمان عمل الحلول المقدمة.
- المساعدة في التجارب التجريبية واختبارات القبول من المستخدمين.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة لضمان سير العمل بشكل منضبط ومتسق.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات وفعالية التكلفة والإنتاجية.
- تعزيز تطبيق والالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والعمليات والتعليمات بين الموظفين.
- متابعة العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بالوظيفة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب تتعلق بمجال العمل لتلبية المتطلبات والأهداف والمعايير.
- ضمان رضا العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين من خلال معالجة احتياجاتهم بأسلوب مهذب وفي الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية سعودية (للوظائف المخصصة للسعوديين فقط).
- خبرة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات في تطوير النظم الخلفية باستخدام إحدى اللغات التالية: GoLang أو Ruby on Rails (RoR) أو Java أو Python.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (إلزامي).
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة وفهم معماري البرمجيات، بما في ذلك Domain-Driven Design (DDD) والخدمات المصغرة (Microservices) و Kubernetes والحاويات (Containerization).

You Will Be Working On

- Keep abreast of latest software development methodologies in order to be able to provide best-in-class software solutions
- Analyze product requirements in order to understand engineering requirements, estimate efforts and provide the required solutions in collaboration with Product Team
- Assist in building development components in order to transform the requirements into actual working software accurately
- Document all coding steps in order to ensure comprehensibility and to facilitate future modifications and maintenance
- Investigate and resolve issues and bugs
- Collaborate with other colleagues in order to assist each other in code reviews and deliver code review reports accordingly
- Perform functional and module testing in order to ensure functionality of delivered solutions
- Assist in user trials and acceptance testing
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
- 4-5 years of experience in backend development using GoLang, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Java, or Python
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge & understanding of software architecture, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization
