We are currently supporting a Jeddah-based firm specializing in regional logistics to ensure their internal data flow matches the speed of their physical distribution. This role is about managing the small, concrete steps that turn a messy system into a reliable one through direct coordination and clear documentation.

About the role
 As a Junior Digital Project Coordinator, you will help bridge the gap between technical fixes and day to day operations. Many companies have tech stacks that have outgrown their teams, leading to broken approval chains and manual reconciliations. In this role, you will support the project lead in tracking these specific friction points. You will work in a fully remote capacity, staying close to the technical reality of how work moves through our client systems. Your goal is to help us hand over a system that the client can eventually run on their own without further intervention.

What you will be doing
  • Documenting current routing rules to identify exactly where manual steps are causing delays.
  • Updating project logs to reflect real time progress on technical fixes and integration gaps.
  • Sitting in on discovery sessions with operators to record exactly how they use their current tools.
  • Organizing backlogs of technical debt so the team knows which reconciliation errors to prioritize.
  • Drafting clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) that explain new workflows to client teams.
  • Verifying that automated email notifications and approval triggers are functioning as intended.
  • Monitoring the first month of live operations after a fix is deployed to ensure it sticks.
  • Tracing data errors back to the source to help the technical team identify where a pipeline is failing.


What we need from you
