Tech Pipeline تبحث عن منسق تنفيذ (Implementation Coordinator) للعمل عن بُعد في مكة وجدة، السعودية. ستعمل مع منظمة تطوير إقليمية لتحسين تتبع تمويل المشاريع والموافقات، مع التركيز على تحليل الأنظمة الحالية وسد فجوات التكامل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستتولى في هذا الدور مسؤولية فهم الواقع العملي لكيفية عمل الشركة. يدير عميلنا منظمة تطوير إقليمية مئات المشاريع المتزامنة، لكن بياناتها غالبًا ما تتعطل في سلاسل البريد الإلكتروني وجداول البيانات المنفصلة. لن تقوم ببناء أطر استراتيجية مجردة أو تقديم عروض تقديمية طويلة، بل ستنظر إلى المصدر الفعلي للبيانات وتكتشف أين تحدث المشكلات. هذا المنصب عن بُعد بالكامل، مما يتيح لك العمل من بيئتك الخاصة مع البقاء على اتصال وثيق بفريقنا التقني ومشغلي العميل. هدفك هو المساعدة في تسليم نظام يمكن للعميل تشغيله بنفسه في النهاية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة سجلات النظام لتحديد أماكن تعطل إدخالات البيانات أو فشل المزامنة.
- تحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لتعكس قواعد التوجيه وسير العمل المُحدَّث.
- مراقبة قائمة الانتظار اليومية لموافقات المشاريع الخاصة بعميل التطوير الإقليمي لاكتشاف نقاط الاحتكاك المتكررة.
- إجراء تسويات يدوية بين أدوات البرمجيات المختلفة لضمان دقة البيانات المالية.
- توثيق الخطوات المحددة التي تحتاجها فرق العميل لحل الأخطاء التقنية الشائعة بأنفسهم.
- التحقق من اكتمال مهام ترحيل البيانات وفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد للمشروع.
- المشاركة في المراجعات الفنية الداخلية لمناقشة التقدم المحرز في إصلاح فجوات التكامل المحددة.
- اختبار قواعد التوجيه الجديدة في بيئة اختبارية (sandbox) قبل نقلها إلى التشغيل الفعلي.
