المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مقارنة صادرات البيانات اليومية من الأنظمة المختلفة لتحديد مواضع انحراف الأرقام.
  • قراءة سجلات النظام لمعرفة تحديثات قاعدة البيانات أو استدعاءات API الفاشلة.
  • توثيق تدفق المعلومات الحالي بين المكاتب والمراكز الإقليمية للعميل.

Tech Pipeline is currently supporting a Jeddah-based firm specializing in regional operations. This partner is facing significant challenges with how data moves through their internal systems, causing delays in their daily reporting. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will help us find the specific points where information gets stuck or corrupted during the flow of work. This is a fully remote position that focuses on the technical reality of data rather than high-level strategy.

About the role
 This is not a role for building decorative dashboards that nobody looks at. You will be looking at the ground truth of how the Jeddah-based client processes their regional data. When a warehouse record does not match a finance report, you will be the person who finds the missing link. We are helping them clean up a backlog of reconciliation errors and setting up a clear source of truth for their inventory. You will spend your time identifying patterns in messy data and suggesting the exact routing rules that need to change. Because we work remotely, you will need to be comfortable using digital tools to trace these problems from wherever you are located.

What you will be doing
  • Comparing daily data exports from different systems to identify where the numbers start to drift.
  • Reading through system logs to see which database updates or API calls are failing to complete.
  • Documenting the current flow of information between the client's different regional hubs and offices.
  • Cleaning and formatting raw data sets so they can be properly ingested into new reporting tools.
  • Running manual reconciliations to help the client's finance team close out their monthly reports.
  • Participating in weekly technical reviews to discuss where the biggest operational friction is happening.
  • Testing new data validation rules to make sure they catch errors before they enter the system.
  • Updating internal SOPs to reflect the new data handling processes we implement.


What we need from you
  • Basic proficiency with SQL for querying and joining data from different tables.
  • Experience using spreadsheets to organize, filter, and analyze information.
  • A logical approach to problem solving: you enjoy finding the root cause of an error.
  • Strong writing skills so you can explain technical issues clearly to the rest of the team.
  • Reliability in a remote setting: you can manage your tasks effectively without constant supervision.
  • A high level of accuracy when checking long lists of figures or technical configurations.
  • Interest in the technical details of how businesses actually run on a day-to-day basis.
