Tech Pipeline تبحث عن محلل أعمال مبتدئ (Junior Business Analyst) للعمل مع فرق العمليات، ويدعم حالياً عميلاً في قطاع التنمية الإقليمية لتنظيف التقارير الداخلية وتدفق البيانات. الموقع: مكة جدة، السعودية. الدور يركز على تتبع أماكن تعطل المعلومات وبناء مصدر موثوق للبيانات التشغيلية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

قطاع التنمية الإقليمية غالباً ما يشمل دورات تمويل معقدة وسلاسل موافقة متعددة المراحل. عندما تتعطل هذه العمليات، تقضي الفرق ساعات كل أسبوع في مراجعة جداول البيانات يدوياً أو ملاحقة موافقات البريد الإلكتروني. كمحلل أعمال مبتدئ، ستعمل مع قادة الفريق لرسم خرائط هذه المسارات المعطلة في بيئة عمل عن بُعد بالكامل. ستنظر في تدفق البيانات الفعلي من لحظة بدء المشروع إلى لحظة إنشاء التقرير النهائي، بهدف إيجاد نقاط الاحتكاك - مثل قاعدة توجيه فاشلة أو فجوة تكامل بين نظامين - لإصلاحها بشكل دائم. هذا دور تقني يتطلب النظر في السجلات والتكوينات بدلاً من إعداد استراتيجيات عالية المستوى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قراءة سجلات النظام لفهم سبب فشل مزامنة سجلات معينة بين المنصات.
  • تتبع معاملة واحدة عبر عدة برمجيات لمعرفة أين يبدأ انحراف الأرقام.
  • صياغة قواعد توجيه جديدة لسلاسل الموافقة الآلية بناءً على الخطوات اليدوية الحالية للعميل.
  • مقابلة المشغلين لفهم الحلول البديلة اليومية وتوثيق تلك الخطوات بوضوح.
  • إعداد تقارير تسوية أساسية لإثبات أن البيانات في النظام الجديد تطابق مصدر الحقيقة الأصلي.
  • تحديث الوثائق الداخلية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ليتمكن فريق العميل من صيانة النظام بعد انتهاء العقد.
  • التحقق من جودة البيانات في قوائم الانتظار لتحديد الأنماط المتكررة من الأخطاء البشرية أو أخطاء النظام.
  • المشاركة في المراجعات الداخلية حيث نناقش منطق الإصلاح المقترح قبل التنفيذ.

Tech Pipeline works with operations teams to fix the manual work and technical debt that slows down their core processes. We are currently supporting a client in regional development to clean up their internal reporting and data movement. This role focuses on finding where information gets stuck and helping us build a more reliable source of truth for their daily operations.

About the role
 The regional development sector often involves complex funding cycles and multi-stage approval chains. When these processes break, teams end up spending hours every week manually checking spreadsheets or chasing down email approvals. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work alongside our leads to map these broken paths in a fully remote environment. You will look at the actual data flow from the moment a project is initiated to the moment the final report is generated. Your goal is to find the friction points: the specific routing rule that fails or the integration gap between two systems: so we can fix them for good. This is a technical role that requires looking at logs and configurations rather than creating high-level strategy decks.

What you will be doing
  • Reading system logs to understand why specific records failed to sync between platforms.
  • Tracing a single transaction through multiple pieces of software to find where the numbers begin to drift.
  • Drafting new routing rules for automated approval chains based on the client's current manual steps.
  • Interviewing operators to understand their daily workarounds and documenting those steps clearly.
  • Building basic reconciliation reports to prove that the data in the new system matches the original source of truth.
  • Updating internal documentation and SOPs so the client team can maintain the system after our engagement ends.
  • Checking data quality in backlogs to identify repeating patterns of human error or system bugs.
  • Participating in internal reviews where we walk through the logic of a proposed fix before implementation.


What we need from you
  • A clear, logical approach to problem solving and the ability to explain your reasoning to others.
  • High proficiency with spreadsheets, including the use of formulas for data cleaning and comparison.
  • Strong writing skills for creating clear, step by step process guides and technical documentation.
  • Basic understanding of how databases work or how different software tools communicate via APIs.
  • Reliable self management skills to handle tasks effectively while working in a fully remote setup.
  • Willingness to look at messy or disorganized data sets until the underlying pattern becomes clear.
  • The ability to ask specific, clarifying questions when a process seems contradictory or inefficient.
