تعلن شركة TAWANTECH عن توفر وظيفة Senior Network Administrator في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل بنية شبكة آمنة تدعم متطلبات المراقبة والكشف والاستجابة (SOC) عبر بيئات البنوك.
  • ضمان الاتصال الشامل لمنصات SOC بما في ذلك تكامل SIEM وSOAR وNDR وEDR ومعلومات التهديدات.
  • إدارة مكونات شبكة المؤسسة بما في ذلك LAN وWAN ومركز البيانات والاتصال السحابي وSD-WAN وVPN والوصول الآمن عن بُعد.
  • تكوين وصيانة ضوابط أمان الشبكة مثل NGFW وIPS/IDS وWAF وأمان DNS والوكيل (Proxy) وNAC والتقسيم الدقيق (Micro-segmentation) وهندسة الثقة الصفرية (Zero Trust).
  • تمكين وتحسين إعادة توجيه السجلات (Log Forwarding) وNetFlow والتقاط الحزم (PCAP) وتغذية التطبيقات (Telemetry) إلى أدوات SOC مثل Splunk وQRadar أو Microsoft Sentinel.
  • تنفيذ بنية شبكة آمنة متوافقة مع إطار الأمن السيبراني SAMA وNCA ECC وPDPL ومتطلبات حوكمة البيانات NDMO.
  • دعم عمليات إدارة الحوادث والمشكلات والتغيير وفقًا لمعايير ITIL؛ وضمان حل حوادث الأمان المتعلقة بالشبكة في الوقت المناسب.
  • المشاركة في الاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية مع فرق SOC، بما في ذلك إجراءات الاحتواء وعزل الشبكة وجمع البيانات الجنائية.
  • الحفاظ على التوافر العالي والتكرار والمرونة لخدمات الشبكة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات DR/BCP وإجراء اختبارات تجاوز الفشل (Failover) بشكل دوري.
  • التعاون مع البائعين ومقدمي الخدمات لحلول الشبكة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والترقيات ومعالجة الثغرات.

  • أتمتة مراقبة الشبكة والتنبيهات وإدارة التكوين باستخدام أدوات البرمجة النصية والتنسيق (Orchestration).
  • مراقبة أداء الشبكة والوضع الأمني باستمرار باستخدام أدوات مثل SolarWinds أو PRTG أو ما يعادلها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة الشبكات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة الشبكات في بيئات بنكية أو منظمة (Regulated Environment).
  • خبرة عملية مع Cisco وPalo Alto وFortinet وCheck Point وF5 وتقنيات التبديل والتوجيه على مستوى المؤسسات.
  • خبرة في دمج البنية التحتية للشبكة مع أدوات SOC مثل SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) وحلول NDR.
  • فهم قوي لتصميم الشبكات الآمنة والتقسيم (Segmentation) وتقنيات VPN وإدارة قواعد جدار الحماية.
  • الإلمام بالأطر التنظيمية بما في ذلك SAMA وNCA ECC وPDPL ومتطلبات NDMO.
  • خبرة في عمليات إدارة الخدمات القائمة على ITIL بما في ذلك إدارة الحوادث والتغيير والمشكلات.
  • خبرة عملية في تخطيط واختبار وتنفيذ التعافي من الكوارث واستمرارية الأعمال (DR/BCP).
  • يفضل التعرض لشبكات السحابة (Azure/AWS) والاتصال الهجين (Hybrid Connectivity) والهندسة السحابية الآمنة.

  • Design, implement, and operate secure network infrastructure to support SOC monitoring, detection, and

response requirements across bank environments.

  • Ensure end-to-end connectivity for SOC platforms including SIEM, SOAR, NDR, EDR, and threat intelligence

integrations.

  • Manage enterprise network components including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, SD-WAN,

VPNs, and secure remote access.

  • Configure and maintain network security controls such as NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, DNS security, proxy, NAC,

micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust architecture.

  • Enable and optimize log forwarding, NetFlow, packet capture (PCAP), and telemetry feeds to SOC tools such

as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.

  • Implement secure network architecture aligned with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and

NDMO data governance requirements.

  • Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards; ensure

timely resolution of network-related security incidents.

  • Participate in cyber incident response with SOC teams, including containment actions, network isolation, and

forensic data collection.

  • Maintain high availability, redundancy, and resilience of network services in line with DR/BCP requirements

and conduct regular failover testing.

  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network solutions, troubleshooting, upgrades, and

vulnerability remediation.

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network and security incidents and implement preventive actions
  • Develop and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and operational documentation ensuring audit

readiness.

  • Automate network monitoring, alerting, and configuration management using scripting and orchestration tools
  • Continuously monitor network performance and security posture using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or

equivalent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in network administration within banking or regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, and enterprise-grade switching and routing technologies
  • Experience in integrating network infrastructure with SOC tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and NDR solutions
  • Strong understanding of secure network design, segmentation, VPN technologies, and firewall rule management
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including SAMA, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO requirements
  • Experience in ITIL-based service management processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
  • Hands-on experience in DR/BCP planning, testing, and execution
  • Exposure to cloud networking (Azure/AWS), hybrid connectivity, and secure cloud architectures is preferred
  • Experience in vendor coordination, SLA management, and third-party integration support
