في شركة القدية للاستثمار، نعمل على تشكيل وجهة تاريخية تعيد تعريف الترفيه والثقافة والضيافة في المملكة. تبحث وحدة أعمال الضيافة عن مدير - FF&E و OS&E للإشراف الاستراتيجي والقيادة الوظيفية عبر محفظة الفنادق، وذلك في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تخطيط التسليم المشترك بين الوظائف لـ FF&E و OS&E بدءًا من التصميم والميزانية وحتى الجاهزية التشغيلية، بما في ذلك التسلسل الزمني واعتبارات اللوجستيات وضمان الجودة والتحقق من الجاهزية بما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية للتطوير.
- تقديم التوجيه الوظيفي لـ FF&E و OS&E بشأن متطلبات تكامل تطوير الضيافة، وضمان مواءمة الأولويات التشغيلية واعتبارات التنفيذ والتنسيق المتكامل.
- قيادة تطوير وتوحيد وتحسين الأطر التشغيلية والمنهجيات وأساليب التسليم الخاصة بـ FF&E و OS&E لتمكين تنفيذ تطوير ضيافة متسق وقابل للتوسع.
- إدارة الواجهات الوظيفية والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات لدعم التواصل الفعال وتخفيف مخاطر الواجهات وتمكين اتخاذ القرارات المتكاملة عبر أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- توجيه مبادرات التحسين التشغيلي لـ FF&E و OS&E وتطوير القدرات وممارسات تبادل المعرفة لتحسين فعالية التسليم والحفاظ على معايير تنفيذ متسقة.
- الإشراف على الجودة التشغيلية وأداء التسليم وفعالية التنفيذ لـ FF&E و OS&E ودعم تحقيق نتائج ضيافة متسقة.
- قيادة الإشراف على دورة حياة FF&E و OS&E بالكامل، بما في ذلك التخطيط والميزانية والمصادر واللوجستيات والتركيب ووضع العلامات على الأصول والتسليم، مع ضمان التوافق مع متطلبات الحوكمة والأهداف التشغيلية.
- الإشراف على مراجعة وتنسيق مواصفات التصميم لـ FF&E و OS&E وأنشطة هندسة القيمة واختيارات المواد لدعم تحسين التكلفة والملاءمة التشغيلية وأهداف تجربة الضيوف.
- قيادة أنشطة المشتريات الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك إشراك الموردين والأطر والعطاءات وعمليات التقييم والإشراف على الإنتاج، مع ضمان التوافق مع حوكمة المشتريات ومتطلبات التسليم.
- قيادة التخطيط اللوجستي الاستراتيجي والتخزين والتنسيق الجمركي وأنشطة التنفيذ.
- الإشراف على التوافق مع متطلبات المشغلين ومعايير العلامات التجارية وأولويات إدارة الأصول من خلال إدارة المراجعات والنماذج الأولية وأنشطة التسليم لتسهيل الجاهزية التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو التصميم الداخلي أو العمارة الداخلية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو إدارة المشتريات أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في عمليات الفنادق ومشتريات FF&E و OS&E وتسليم المشاريع والتجهيزات ضمن مشاريع تطوير الضيافة.
- يفضل الحصول على عضوية مهنية أو شهادة معترف بها (مثل PMP أو RIBA أو AIA أو RICS أو ما يعادلها).
- يفضل وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية / دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو بيئات تطوير واسعة النطاق مماثلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا، مع تفضيل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- القدرة على تفسير المعلومات والتحليلات المعقدة لتوجيه الاستراتيجية الوظيفية ودعم اتخاذ القرارات ومعالجة الغموض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- القدرة على قيادة أنشطة FF&E و OS&E من البداية إلى النهاية ضمن تطوير الضيافة، بما في ذلك مواءمة الميزانية والبرنامج والوظائف التشغيلية وتوقعات تجربة الضيوف وأولويات التنفيذ ومتطلبات الجاهزية للضيافة في بيئات ضيافة معقدة.
- مهارات قوية في العرض والتواصل، مع القدرة على إعداد عروض تقديمية واضحة ومنظمة وتقديم الاستراتيجيات والحالة والتوصيات لأصحاب المصلحة ومنتديات الحوكمة.
- معرفة متعمقة بمواصفات FF&E و OS&E للضيافة واعتبارات اختيار المواد ومبادئ تكلفة دورة الحياة والتنسيق بين النماذج الأولية والنماذج الأولية ومتطلبات الملاءمة التشغيلية ضمن بيئات الضيافة أو التطوير متعدد الاستخدامات.

At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are shaping a landmark destination redefining entertainment, culture and hospitality in the Kingdom. The Hospitality Business Unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. As these assets progress, we are seeking experienced professionals to help deliver them to the highest standards of design quality, guest experience and commercial performance. In this role, you will provide functional leadership and strategic oversight for FF&E and OS&E across the hospitality portfolio, establishing standards, strategies and governance required to enable successful portfolio delivery. The role ensures integrated operational alignment, budget management, program coordination, lifecycle planning and the execution of design into distinctive, high-quality guest experiences aligned with Qiddiya's vision.

- Oversee FF&E and OS&E cross-functional delivery planning from design, budget through to operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics considerations, quality assurance and readiness validation aligned with development timelines.
- Provide FF&E and OS&E functional direction on hospitality development integration requirements, ensuring alignment of operational priorities, implementation considerations and coordinated execution.
- Lead the development, standardization and continuous refinement of FF&E and OS&E operational frameworks, methodologies and delivery approaches to enable consistent and scalable hospitality development execution.
- Manage functional interfaces and cross-disciplinary coordination to support effective communication, mitigate interface risks and enable integrated decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide FF&E and OS&E operational enhancement initiatives, capability development and knowledge-sharing practices to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain consistent implementation standards.
- Oversee FF&E and OS&E operational quality, delivery performance and implementation effectiveness and support consistent hospitality outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end FF&E and OS&E lifecycle oversight, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging and handover, ensuring alignment with governance requirements and operational objectives.
- Oversee review and coordination of FF&E and OS&E design specifications, value engineering activities and material selections to support cost optimization, operational suitability and guest experience objectives.
- Lead strategic procurement activities, including supplier engagement, frameworks, tender support, evaluation processes and production oversight, ensuring alignment with procurement governance and delivery requirements.
- Lead strategic logistics planning, warehousing, customs coordination and implementation activities.
- Oversee alignment with operator requirements, brand standards, and asset management priorities by managing reviews, mock-ups, and handover activities to facilitate smooth operational readiness
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Procurement Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years' experience in hotel operations, FF&E and OS&E procurement, project delivery and fit-out within hospitality developments
- Professional membership or recognized certification preferred (e.g. PMP, RIBA, AIA, RICS or equivalent)
- Experience in KSA / GCC or similar large-scale development environments preferred
- Demonstrates fluency in written and verbal English, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
- Interprets complex information and analysis to guide functional strategy, inform decision-making and address ambiguity within the scope of the function.
- Capable of leading end-to-end FF&E and OS&E activities within hospitality development, including alignment of budget, program and operational functionality, guest experience expectations, implementation priorities and hospitality readiness requirements across complex hospitality environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, structured decks and present strategies, status and recommendations to stakeholders and governance forums.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality FF&E and OS&E specifications, material selection considerations, lifecycle costing principles, mock-up and prototype coordination, and operational suitability requirements within hospitality or mixed-use development environments.
- Strong strategic procurement mindset, defining sourcing and logistics approaches, anticipating market and supply chain dynamics and optimizing value across the portfolio.
- Expertise in managing complex stakeholder environments and coordinating across operators, consultants, suppliers, procurement partners, interior design stakeholders, asset management teams, and cross-functional development stakeholders.
