KBR، شركة رائدة في الابتكار والهندسة، تبحث عن فني أجهزة ثالث (Instrument Technician III) للعمل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، بهدف ضمان موثوقية وتوافر أصول الأجهزة للحفاظ على تشغيل الوحدات الإنتاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتوجيه وتنسيق أنشطة فريق فنيي الصيانة مع الالتزام بخطة الصيانة الوقائية وكفاءة تطوير صيانة الأعطال لأنظمة الأجهزة والمعدات والمرافق.
  • تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الشهرية والأسبوعية، ومتابعة تقديم تقارير التقدم بشكل منتظم.
  • تقديم الصيانة والإصلاحات الميدانية لجميع أنواع الأجهزة (مثل المولدات والمحولات والمحركات) وفقًا للمعايير والمواصفات وإجراءات السلامة وتوصيات الشركة المصنعة وشروط العقد.
  • الإشراف اليومي على أنشطة صيانة الأجهزة التي يقوم بها الفنيون في جميع أنظمة ومعدات ومرافق الأجهزة ضمن المنطقة المحددة، والعمل كنقطة محورية لخطة التنفيذ اليومية.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية متكررة لضمان التنفيذ السليم للعمل ومتابعة أنشطة الفنيين المشاركين في أعمال الصيانة الروتينية.
  • متابعة تقدم أعمال صيانة الأجهزة وتقديم تقارير دورية لرئيس عمال الأجهزة مع التوصيات، وحفظ سجل لأعمال الصيانة اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخططة وإعداد تقارير إنجاز العمل.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ التعديلات والتحسينات الهندسية على معدات الأجهزة من خلال تقديم توصيات لزيادة ملاءمة وقابلية خدمة أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • الالتزام بسلوك استباقي في السلامة والتصرف وفقًا لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-4 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز.
  • درجة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة الصيانة في منشآت النفط والغاز.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في مؤسسات كبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • سلوك استباقي في السلامة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • معرفة جيدة بتصميم وتركيب وصيانة معدات الأجهزة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهروهيدروليكية.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

KBR is looking for INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN III who is responsible for ensuring Instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation.

Responsibilities

  • To Lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
  • the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan, Control & Submit progress reports on a regular basis.
  • Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of Instruments (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation and contract terms.
  • To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.
  • Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good commands oral and written English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma/Bachelors.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
