We're Hiring | Supervisor - Procurement Reporting & Analytics

Join NADEC and play a key role in transforming procurement data into actionable insights. This position is responsible for procurement reporting, supplier performance analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to support informed decision-making and operational excellence across our Supply Chain operations.

Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Department: Procurement

• Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Analyze procurement and supplier data to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Units to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Maintain supplier information, contracts, and documentation.
• Support supplier relationship management and supplier engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive reporting accuracy, data quality, and continuous improvement across procurement activities.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Procurement, Reporting, Analytics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier performance management.
• Knowledge of contract and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
