المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير واختبار وتحسين تطبيق موظفي القدية المستمر بالتعاون مع فرق التقنية وفعالية بيئة العمل.
- المساعدة في رقمنة خدمات مكان العمل وتحويل العمليات اليدوية إلى حلول وسير عمل رقمية سهلة الاستخدام.
- دعم تصميم وتنفيذ التطبيقات والنماذج وسير العمل باستخدام Microsoft Power Platform وتقنيات low-code/no-code الأخرى.
- تحليل البيانات التشغيلية ومتطلبات العمل لتحديد فرص الأتمتة وتحسين العمليات وتعزيز تجربة الموظف.
- تطوير وصيانة لوحات المعلومات والتقارير وحلول سير العمل لدعم تقديم خدمات مكان العمل وتتبع الأداء.
- المساعدة في دمج وتوحيد البيانات من أنظمة ومصادر متعددة لتمكين خدمات مكان العمل الفعالة والمتصلة.
- التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية لجمع المتطلبات واختبار الحلول وضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمبادرات الرقمية.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر من خلال تحديد التقنيات المبتكرة والحلول الرقمية التي تعزز الفعالية التشغيلية ورضا الموظفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية معلومات الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خريج حديث أو خبرة تصل إلى سنتين في الحلول الرقمية، الأتمتة، تطوير التطبيقات، أو الأدوار التقنية ذات الصلة.
- معرفة أو اهتمام قوي بتطوير التطبيقات ومنصات low-code/no-code ومبادرات التحول الرقمي.
- الإلمام بـ Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) و SharePoint يُفضل.
- فهم مفاهيم إدارة البيانات وتكامل الأنظمة وأتمتة سير العمل.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتحويل متطلبات العمل إلى حلول رقمية عملية.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.
- Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows.
- Support the design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies
- Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking.
- Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles
- Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint is preferred
- Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts
- Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated learning agility with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to enhance the employee experience through digital solutions
