شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس تصميم طرق (متحدث بالعربية) للانضمام إلى فريق تصميم النقل والبنية التحتية في الخبر، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد ومراجعة التصميمات الهندسية للطرق، بما في ذلك المحاذاة الأفقية والرأسية والمقاطع العرضية ودرجات التقاطعات ونماذج BIM والممرات.
  • تطوير مخططات الطرق والطرق السريعة لمشاريع المناطق الحضرية والبنية التحتية من مرحلة المفهوم إلى مراحل التفصيل و IFC/IFT.
  • إنتاج وفحص الرسومات التصميمية والتقارير الفنية والحسابات التصميمية وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • تنفيذ تصميم التقاطعات والتقاطعات بما في ذلك التدرج وتحليل مسار الانزلاق وتقييمات دوران المركبات.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق المرافق والصرف الصحي والمرور والإنشاءات والهندسة المعمارية لضمان تكامل التصميمات.
  • مراجعة وتنسيق نماذج BIM وثلاثية الأبعاد وتحديد وحل التعارضات بالتعاون مع التخصصات الأخرى.
  • دعم إعداد كميات الأعمال وموازين الكميات لأعمال الطرق.
  • ضمان امتثال التصميمات لكود الطرق السعودي (SHC) ومعايير وزارة النقل (MOT) ووزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان (MOMRAH) والأمانة والبلديات، وغيرها من المعايير المحلية والدولية المعمول بها.
  • المساهمة في مراجعة التصميم وعمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة، مع ضمان الدقة وقابلية التنفيذ والقبول من الجهات المختصة.
  • دعم المهندسين المبتدئين من خلال التوجيه الفني والمراجعة والإرشاد حسب متطلبات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات.
  • خبرة في العمل على مشاريع في السعودية والشرق الأوسط في مجالات البنية التحتية أو تطوير الأراضي أو الطرق السريعة أو التنمية الحضرية.
  • خبرة قوية في التصميم الهندسي للطرق والطرق السريعة، بما في ذلك المحاذاة والمقاطع العرضية ونمذجة الممرات.
  • فهم قوي لتصريف مياه الأمطار والمتطلبات الهيدرولوجية العامة، مع القدرة على التعامل مع صرف الطرق / الطرق السريعة.
  • معرفة عملية بالمعايير السعودية ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر SHC و MOT و Amanah و MOMRAH.
  • خبرة في التنسيق عبر تخصصات متعددة في مشاريع البنية التحتية.
  • إتقان استخدام AutoCAD و Civil 3D و Navisworks لتصميم ونمذجة الطرق.
  • خبرة في إعداد الرسومات التصميمية والتقارير وموازين الكميات (BOQs).
  • فهم سير عمل BIM والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق المشروع.
  • إلى جانب تصميم الطرق، خبرة عملية مع أدوات التنسيق BIM مثل Navisworks و InfraWorks.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية بأدوات تحليل مسار الانزلاق (AutoTURN أو Vehicle Tracking).
  • الإلمام بتصريف الطرق وهيدروليكا الطرق السريعة، بما في ذلك تصميم شبكات مياه الأمطار والتنسيق.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for a Road Design Engineer to join our transportation and infrastructure design team in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will support the delivery of road and highway projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring full compliance with Saudi authorities’ requirements and approved design standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and review geometric road designs, including horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, cross‑sections, junction grading, BIM and corridor models.
  • Develop road and highway layouts for urban and infrastructure projects from concept to detailed and IFC/IFT stages.
  • Produce and check design drawings, technical reports, and design calculations in accordance with project requirements.
  • Carry out intersection and junction design, including grading, swept path analysis, and vehicle turning assessments.
  • Coordinate closely with utilities, drainage, traffic, structural, and architectural teams to ensure integrated designs.
  • Review and coordinate BIM and 3D models, identifying and resolving clashes in collaboration with other disciplines.
  • Support quantity take‑offs and Bill of Quantities preparation for road works.
  • Ensure designs comply with Saudi Highway Code (SHC), Ministry of Transport (MOT), MOMRAH, Amanah/municipality standards, and other applicable local and international standards.
  • Contribute to design review and QA/QC processes, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and authority acceptance.
  • Support junior engineers through technical guidance, checking, and mentoring, as required by the project.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia and Middle East on infrastructure, land development, highways, or urban development projects.
  • Strong experience in road and highway geometric design, including alignments, profiles, cross‑sections, and corridor modeling.
  • Strong understanding about Stormwater drainage and general hydrological requirements and should be able to handle roads / highway drainage.
  • Practical working knowledge of Saudi design standards and authority requirements, including but not limited to SHC, MOT, Amanah, MOMRAH etc.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines on infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks for road design and modeling.
  • Experience preparing design drawings, reports, and BOQs.
  • Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within project teams.
  • Along with Roads design, hands on experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks and InfraWorks.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Hands on knowledge of swept path analysis tools (Auto TURN or Vehicle Tracking).
  • Exposure to road drainage and highway hydraulics, including stormwater network design and coordination.
  • Familiarity with GIS tools for alignment studies and catchment review.
  • Experience supporting or supervising junior engineers.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality and compliance.
  • Experience with large‑scale infrastructure and/or industrial developments within Saudi Arabia.
