شركة CEER تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي لوجستي وتوصيل في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تنسيق أنشطة شحن المركبات وتسليمها من البداية إلى النهاية عبر جميع الأسواق، مع ضمان تسليم المركبات في الوقت المحدد وبدون تلف ووفقاً لمستويات اتفاقية الخدمة المتفق عليها، إلى المعارض والمتاجر والموزعين. كما يدعم الدور توفر المخزون ودقة التسليم والكفاءة التشغيلية من خلال التنسيق الوثيق مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تسليم المركبات في الوقت المحدد وبدقة وبدون تلف إلى صالات العرض والمتاجر والموزعين عبر جميع الأسواق.
- تنسيق جداول شحن المركبات وتسليمها بما يتماشى مع خطط المبيعات ومستويات اتفاقية الخدمة للتسليم.
- التواصل مع شركاء الخدمات اللوجستية وشركات النقل والمستودعات وفرق الفحص المسبق للتسليم لضمان تنفيذ عمليات التسليم بسلاسة.
- تتبع حركة المركبات ومراحل التسليم الرئيسية من الشحن وحتى التسليم النهائي.
- مراقبة أداء النقل وتحديد التأخيرات أو الانحرافات، ورفع المشكلات بشكل استباقي إلى الجهات المعنية.
- ضمان معالجة إشعار استلام البضائع في الوقت المناسب وتأكيدات التسليم عند استلام المركبات.
- مراقبة الأضرار الناتجة عن النقل والتناقضات في التسليم، والتنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية وشركاء الخدمات اللوجستية لإجراء التحقيقات والإجراءات التصحيحية والتوثيق لمعالجة المشكلات وانتهاكات اتفاقيات الخدمة.
- دعم مبادرات إعادة توازن المخزون من خلال التنسيق لتحريك المركبات بين الفروع والأسواق.
- الحفاظ على وثائق لوجستية كاملة ودقيقة، بما في ذلك إشعارات التسليم وسجلات النقل والتأكيدات.
- إعداد والحفاظ على تقارير منتظمة حول التسليم وأداء النقل والخدمات اللوجستية للمراجعة الداخلية، وضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها عبر أنظمة التتبع اللوجستي والمخزون.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الخدمات اللوجستية أو سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose

The role supports inventory availability, delivery accuracy, and operational efficiency through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate, and damage free delivery of vehicles to showrooms, stores, and distributors across all markets.
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and delivery schedules in line with sales plans and delivery SLAs.
- Liaise with logistics partners, transporters, warehouses, and PDI teams to ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.
- Track vehicle movements and key delivery milestones from dispatch through final handover.
- Monitor transit performance, identify delays or deviations, and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and delivery confirmations upon vehicle receipt.
- Monitor transit related damages and delivery discrepancies, coordinating investigations, corrective actions, and documentation with internal teams and logistics partners to address issues and SLA breaches.
- Support inventory rebalancing initiatives by coordinating inter branch and inter market vehicle movements.
- Maintain complete and accurate logistics documentation, including delivery notes, transport records, and confirmations.
- Prepare and maintain regular delivery, transit performance, and logistics reports for internal review, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across logistics and inventory tracking systems.
- Education: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 - 2 Years in a relevant field
