Olive Tree Consulting is looking for a Junior AI Automation Developer to support our growing advisory practice. We are currently assisting a major Saudi partner with a series of organizational improvements, and this role is central to building the technical tools that support that effort. This is a full time, permanent position that is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to meaningful client work from your own professional environment.

About the Role
This position exists to help our clients bridge the gap between their strategic goals and their daily work habits. At Olive Tree, we find that management friction often comes from a lack of clear systems to capture and move information. As a Junior AI Automation Developer, you will help us build small, effective tools that automate the collection of notes, the assignment of tasks, and the tracking of decisions. Your work helps ensure that important follow up does not depend on memory alone. You will work closely with our advisors to translate management needs into reliable technical workflows that make the client's day to day work easier to manage.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain automated workflows that connect communication tools like Slack, email, and project management software.
• Set up and refine simple large language model prompts to help summarize meeting transcripts into clear, actionable notes.
• Test and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure data moves accurately between different client systems.
• Create simple documentation that explains how each automation works so that clients can understand and use them.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to identify manual tasks that can be replaced by technical workflows.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing data sets to ensure that AI tools produce high quality outputs.
• Participate in internal remote meetings to report on technical progress and discuss new ideas for client support.
• Verify that automated outputs match the practical needs of the management teams we advise.

Helpful Background

• Basic familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

• Experience using or experimenting with AI tools and large language models for personal or academic projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own tasks effectively.
• Comfort using modern digital collaboration tools for remote teamwork.
