تعلن شركة KONE (المعتمدة كصاحب عمل ممتاز) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى "أخصائي سلامة" (Safety Specialist) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن إطار التزامها بتعزيز ثقافة السلامة وتحسين الأداء والوعي بالسلامة في وحدة الأعمال. ستعمل بشكل استباقي لضمان التحسين المستمر لأداء السلامة والوعي بها، وتقديم التقارير إلى مدير السلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ وصيانة وتحسين نظام إدارة السلامة في KONE (النموذج التشغيلي) بما يشمل سلامة العامل والمستخدم والطرف الثالث.
  • تنمية ثقافة الفهم والرعاية النشطة تجاه السلامة، والعمل كقدوة يُحتذى بها.
  • جمع وصيانة وتحسين وثائق السلامة بالتعاون مع فريق السلامة في الوحدة.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة والإسهام في لجنة السلامة بالوحدة والمنتديات الأخرى المعنية بالسلامة.
  • تقديم المشورة والدعم المهني للوحدة في الأمور التي تؤثر على السلامة.
  • التخطيط والمشاركة وتنفيذ المشاريع والأنشطة الرامية لتحسين السلامة.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء والشركاء بمن فيهم المقاولون من الباطن لدى KONE.
  • دعم تطوير ومراجعة وممارسة خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ والأزمات.
  • مراقبة وتطوير عمليات وأدوات وممارسات إدارة مخاطر السلامة.
  • دعم مشاريع ومبادرات إدارة التغيير المتعلقة بالسلامة.
  • جمع وقياس وضمان دقة بيانات السلامة السابقة واللاحقة، والإبلاغ عن الأداء.
  • مراقبة التطورات القانونية وبيئة الأعمال في مجال السلامة، وتحديد الإجراءات واقتراحها.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق سلامة دورية للتحقق من الامتثال وتحديد المخاطر غير المسيطر عليها والانحرافات.
  • مساعدة الإدارة في عمليات تدقيق/زيارات السلامة ودعم تحسين عملية التدقيق.
  • تحليل الحوادث والتحقيق فيها. دعم تحسين عملية التحقيق.
  • إدارة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية من أجل التحسين المستمر.
  • تطوير كفاءاته كأخصائي سلامة بالتعاون مع المدير.
  • دعم تدريب وتطوير كفاءات السلامة لدى الآخرين في الوحدة.
  • التواصل الاستباقي لمعلومات السلامة بما يشمل نتائج التحقيقات وأفضل الممارسات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال السلامة في صناعة المصاعد أو البناء أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.
  • الشغف بالسلامة مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتدريب والتنظيم.
  • شهادات NEBOSH و IOSH إلزامية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية.

المهارات المطلوبة

الشغف بالسلامة إلى جانب مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتدريب والتنظيم، والقدرة على العمل كقائد وقدوة في ثقافة السلامة.

To continue building KONE Safety Culture and proactively promoting safety practices we have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Specialist to be based in Riyadh.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, the successful candidate will proactively be working to ensure continuous improvement of safety performance and awareness in the business unit.

What will you do?

Safety Policy And Objectives:

  • Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of KONE safety management system (operating model) including worker, user and third-party safety.
  • Cultivate an understanding and actively caring culture for safety. Act as a role model.
  • Compile, maintain and improve safety documentation together with the unit safety team.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to unit safety committee and other safety forums.
  • Provide professional advice and support to the unit on matters affecting safety.
  • Plan, participate in and implement projects and activities to improve safety.
  • Work closely with customers and partners, including KONE subcontractors.
  • Support the development, review and exercise of crisis and emergency response plans.

Safety Risk Management:

  • Monitor and develop safety risk management processes, tools and practices.
  • Support safety related change management projects and initiatives.

Safety Assurance:

  • Collect, measure and ensure accuracy of leading and lagging safety data. Report performance.
  • Monitor legal and business environment development in safety, identify and propose actions.
  • Perform safety audits regularly to verify compliance, identify uncontrolled risks and deviations.
  • Assist line management in safety audits/visits and support the audit process improvement.
  • Analyze and investigate incidents. Support the investigation process improvement.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement.

Safety Promotion:

  • Develop own competences as a safety specialist in co-operation with the manager.
  • Support the training and development of others’ safety competences in the unit.
  • Proactively communicate safety information including investigation outcomes and best practices.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in safety in elevators, construction, or related industries.
  • Passionate about safety with excellent communication, training and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH certificates mandatory.
