Key Accountability Areas

Rider Onboarding

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles.
• Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services.
• Liaise regularly with business management in order to understand ongoing business activities and developments and the implications this will have for coordinated logistics provision.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.
• Resolve critical logistics problems that are related to the distribution of supply vs demand.
• Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize localized training curricula for riders and 3PL operators covering operational efficiency, app usage, customer etiquette, and safety.
• Champion the deployment of training materials via HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS) for remote, on-demand education.
• Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data.
• Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards .
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.

• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
• Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.

Knowledge and Experience

• 2 - 4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations or relevant experience.
• Negotiation skills.
• Project Management.
• Creativity and critical thinking.
• Problem-solving and decision making.
• Analysis and reporting skills.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
