المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق واجهات التخطيط والجدولة بين العميل وفريق إدارة المشروع وفريق التحكم في المشاريع وفِرق الهندسة والمقاولين المتعددين الداعمين لمشروع Integrated PDH-PP Plants.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع العميل وفِرق التحكم في المشاريع لضمان فعالية التخطيط والجدولة وقياس التقدم والتنبؤ وإعداد التقارير عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
- مراجعة الجداول الأساسية والدورية والتوقعات وخطط التعافي للمقاولين والاستشاريين، وضمان توافقها مع استراتيجية تنفيذ المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية والمعالم الرئيسية.
- إدارة وصيانة وتحديث الجدول الرئيسي للمستوى الأول خاص بالعميل، مع دمج جداول المقاولين وضمان عكس جميع الواجهات والتبعيات والمعالم الرئيسية بشكل صحيح.
- مراقبة وتقييم التقدم العام والأداء عبر أنشطة المشروع بما في ذلك الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاء والتشغيل وغيرها من مسارات العمل.
- مراجعة واختبار بيانات التقدم والتوقعات وتواريخ الإنجاز المتوقعة من المقاولين، بما في ذلك تحليل القيمة المكتسبة وأداء الجدول مقابل الخطوط الأساسية وأهداف المشروع.
- تحديد مخاطر الجدول والأنشطة ذات المسار الحرج وشبه الحرج والقيود والتأخيرات ومشكلات الواجهات، والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف والتصحيح والتعافي المناسبة.

- دعم مراجعة وتحليل طلبات تمديد الوقت المقدمة من المقاولين وتقديم مدخلات التخطيط لفريق إدارة المشروع والعميل للتقييم والحل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في التخطيط والجدولة والتحكم في المشاريع، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن قطاعات النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو التكرير أو الصناعة أو البنية التحتية أو مشاريع المصب.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل ضمن بيئة PMC أو PMT أو EPC أو مشاريع رأسمالية كبرى عبر مراحل Pre-FEED و FEED و EPC.
- إجادة قوية لبرنامج Primavera P6 بما في ذلك تطوير ومراجعة وتحليل الجداول الأساسية والتحديثات وجداول التطلع وبرامج التعافي وتحليل المسار الحرج.
- معرفة جيدة بمبادئ التحكم في المشاريع تشمل قياس التقدم وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة والتنبؤ وتحليل أداء الجدول وإعداد التقارير.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate planning and scheduling interfaces between the Client, PMT, Worley Project Controls team, engineering teams, and multiple contractors supporting the Integrated PDH-PP Plants project.
- Work closely with the Client and Worley Project Controls teams to ensure effective planning, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting across all project phases.
- Review contractor and consultant baseline schedules, periodic updates, look-ahead schedules, forecasts, mitigation plans, and recovery programmes to ensure alignment with the project execution strategy, contractual requirements, and key milestones.
- Manage, maintain, and update the Level 1 Client Master Schedule, consolidating contractor schedules and ensuring that key interfaces, dependencies, and milestones are properly reflected.
- Monitor and assess overall project progress and performance across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and other project workstreams.
- Review and challenge contractor progress data, forecasts, and projected completion dates, including earned value and schedule performance analysis against approved baselines and project targets.
- Identify schedule risks, critical and near-critical path activities, constraints, delays, and interface issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation, corrective, and recovery actions.
- Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly progress and performance reports, including schedule forecasts, trends, and key planning information for the Client, PMT, and project leadership.
- Support the validation of contractor progress, including progress measurement, reported quantities, and, where required, the review of progress claims and payment applications.
- Participate in planning, progress, schedule review, and coordination meetings, while ensuring that planning and reporting activities remain consistent with project procedures, contractual requirements, Client requirements, and Worley standards.
- Support the review and analysis of contractor Extension of Time (EOT) requests and claims and provide planning input to the PMT and Client for evaluation and resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Experienced in planning, scheduling, and project controls, preferably within oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, industrial, infrastructure sectors or downstream projects.
- Proven experience working in a PMC, PMT, EPC, or major capital project environment across Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, including development, review, and analysis of baseline schedules, updates, look-ahead schedules, recovery programmes, and critical path analysis.
- Good knowledge of project controls principles, including progress measurement, earned value management, forecasting, schedule performance analysis, and reporting.
- Experience reviewing and challenging contractor schedules, progress updates, forecasts, and recovery plans across multiple contractors and work packages.
- Experience in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessment, and schedule-related claims evaluation would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and interface management activities within large-scale industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools; experience with EcoSys and Power BI would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Client, PMT, Worley, and contractor teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East would be advantageous.
- PMP, PMI-SP, AACE or an equivalent professional certification would be advantageous.
