المهام والمسؤوليات
- فهم وتطبيق إجراءات HSE الخاصة بالشركة لضمان سلامة النفس والآخرين في مكان العمل.
- فهم وتطبيق إجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة (Quality Management System) الخاص بالشركة.
- المسؤولية عن تنفيذ التعديلات لتقديم خدمة تخطيط فعالة من حيث التكلفة ضمن ميزانية محددة.
- أن تكون نقطة الاتصال للتوصية بمتطلبات التدريب والتطوير لأي موظفي تخطيط تابعين.
- إظهار مستوى عالٍ من المهارة في تخطيط مشاريع الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء وإدارة المشاريع والصيانة في صناعة النفط والغاز باستخدام تقنيات التخطيط المحوسبة والجدولة.
- إظهار خبرة تشغيلية في برنامج Primavera لتخطيط المشاريع.
- إظهار مهارات تخطيط المشاريع الفردية الكبرى.
- ضمان الجودة - المسؤولية عن العمل ضمن أحكام ومبادئ نظام ضمان الجودة الخاص بالوحدة التجارية.
- السلامة - المسؤولية عن ممارسات العمل الآمنة الشخصية في مكان العمل للوحدة التجارية، وفهم واتباع إجراءات OH&S.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تخطيط المشاريع الكبرى (Major Project Planning).
- خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- مؤهلات في التخصصات الهندسية.
- قدرة مثبتة على التواصل الفعال مع الآخرين شفهياً وكتابياً وفي الاجتماعات.
- القدرة على تطبيق تقنيات تخطيط طريقة المسار الحرج (Critical Path Method) لتطوير شبكات وجداول زمنية تفصيلية لمشاريع الهندسة والتركيب.
- خبرة في التخطيط باستخدام الحاسوب في إدارة المشاريع (خاصة باستخدام Primavera P3 أو ما يعادلها).
- القدرة على تطبيق تقنيات إدارة القيمة المكتسبة (Earned Value Management) لقياس وتقييم ومراقبة الأداء.
- الإلمام بنهج PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) لتقنيات إدارة المشاريع.
- قدرة مثبتة على التفاوض والوساطة والتفويض، بالإضافة إلى قيادة الفريق أو المشاركة كعضو في الفريق.
- فهم وتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الخاص بالشركة.
- الوعي والامتثال لممارسات مكان العمل الآمنة وواجب الرعاية.

Responsibilities
- Understand and apply the TW HSE procedures to ensure safety of self and other workers in the workplace.
- Understand and apply the TW procedures forming the Quality Management System.
- Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
- Focal Point for recommending training and development requirements for any subordinate planning personnel.
- Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Oil & Gas industry Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management modification and maintenance projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques.
- Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise.
- Demonstrate singular major project planning skills.
- Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
- Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
- Experienced in Major Project Planning experience. Oil and Gas Industry experience. Engineering Discipline Qualifications.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with others (verbally, written and meetings).
- Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
- Computer based Project Management Planning experience (especially utilising Primavera P3 package or equivalent).
- Ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor performance.
- Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques.
- Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as lead a team or participate as a team member.
- Understand and apply the TW Quality Management System.
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with safe workplace practices and duty of care.
