شركة Fairmont Hotels & Resorts تبحث عن نادل (Waiter) للعمل في منطقة الرياض، حيث ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم تجربة طعام استثنائية للضيوف بخدمة احترافية وحماسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات بطريقة ودودة ومرحبة.
  • تقديم قوائم الطعام بما في ذلك العروض الخاصة اليومية والإجابة على استفسارات الضيوف حول الأطباق والمكونات وطرق التحضير.
  • تسجيل طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
  • تقديم الطعام والشراب في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مهنية.
  • التأكد من تجهيز الطاولات بشكل صحيح بالمفروشات والخزف والزجاج والفضيات المناسبة.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing professional and attentive service.

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Present menus, including daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure tables are set correctly with appropriate linens, china, glassware, and silverware
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning assigned areas
  • Stay informed about menu changes, restaurant policies, and local events that may impact service
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team while also handling tasks independently
  • Detail-oriented with excellent memory and multitasking abilities
