تعلن شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمهندس مقيم مساعد (مدني) - سعودي الجنسية، للعمل في مدينة الرياض. انضم إلى فريق عمل استثنائي في بيئة مبتكرة وداعمة للنمو المهني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة فريق متعدد التخصصات من المهندسين والمفتشين في المجالات المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والمعمارية.
  • مراقبة وتنسيق أنشطة المقاول ضمن نطاق مشروع السكك الحديدية المحدد لضمان تسليم المشروع بأمان وكفاءة.
  • تطوير جداول زمنية للبناء خاصة بكل تخصص ومتابعة التقدم المحرز مقابل المعالم الرئيسية للمشروع.
  • تقديم تحديثات الجدول الزمني وتقييمات التقدم والتقارير لمدير البناء.
  • مراقبة شراء المواد وتسليمها وتوفرها لضمان استمرار أنشطة البناء وفق الجدول.
  • التحقق من مطابقة المواد المسلمة لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الجودة والمعايير الصناعية.
  • الحفاظ على الرقابة على ضمان الجودة من المستوى الأول للتأكد من تنفيذ جميع أعمال التركيب وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية وتقديم الخبرات الفنية في تخصص أو أكثر من تخصصات البناء.
  • التأكد من إجراء أنشطة الفحص والاختبار ومتابعتها وتوثيقها واستكمالها وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • التعاون مع فرق إدارة البناء لتحديد وتخفيف مخاطر السلامة والبيئة والتشغيل.
  • تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة الخاصة بالموقع والمعايير الصناعية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التصميم الهندسي لدعم أنشطة البناء وحل المشكلات الفنية.
  • مراجعة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات التصميمية لضمان تنفيذ العمل وفق أحدث المراجعات المعتمدة.
  • تقديم حلول فنية للتحديات الهندسية والإنشائية والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لتنفيذها.
  • حفظ سجلات المشروع وتقارير التقدم ووثائق الخصم وغيرها من وثائق مراقبة المشروع حسب المتطلبات.
  • تنظيم وتنسيق وثائق المشروع للتسليم النهائي وأنشطة إغلاق المشروع.
  • التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والإدارة العليا لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات بعد التخرج في مشاريع مدنية أو بنية تحتية كبيرة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل العام أو المشاريع ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة وإدارة فرق هندسية وإنشائية متعددة التخصصات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتنسيق والتنظيم.
  • خبرة في اختبار مواد البناء وضمان الجودة، بما في ذلك اختبارات التربة والخرسانة والجروت ونزح المياه واختبارات الأحمال.
  • فهم قوي لتخطيط البناء وتسليم المواد والتنظيم والجدولة والتنسيق الموقعي.
  • معرفة بمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والامتثال في البناء.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة العلاقات مع الجهات المعنية.
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (مستحسن).
  • خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع التشطيبات والمحطات والمستودعات أو البنية التحتية للنقل (مستحسن).
  • فهم قوي للواجهات المتعددة التخصصات في بيئات المشاريع المعقدة (مستحسن).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Resident Engineer (Civil) - Saudi National to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and inspectors across civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines.
  • Monitor and coordinate contractor activities within the assigned rail project area to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop discipline-specific construction schedules and monitor progress against project milestones.
  • Provide schedule updates, progress assessments, and reporting to the Construction Manager.
  • Monitor material procurement, delivery, and availability to ensure construction activities remain on schedule.
  • Verify that delivered materials comply with project specifications, quality requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintain first-level quality assurance oversight to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Supervise construction engineering activities and provide technical expertise across one or more construction disciplines.
  • Ensure that inspections and testing activities are conducted, witnessed, documented, and completed in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Collaborate with construction management teams to identify and mitigate safety, environmental, and operational risks.
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with site-specific safety requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with design engineering teams to support construction activities and resolve technical issues.
  • Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure work is executed in accordance with the latest approved revisions.
  • Provide technical solutions to engineering and construction challenges and coordinate implementation with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project records, progress reports, back-charge documentation, and other project controls documentation as required.
  • Coordinate and organize project documentation for final handover and project closeout activities.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and senior management to support successful project execution.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience on major civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience on rail, metro, transit, or related transportation projects.
  • Proven experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with construction materials testing and quality assurance, including soil, concrete, grout, dewatering, and load testing activities.
  • Strong understanding of construction planning, material delivery, staging, scheduling, and site coordination.
  • Knowledge of construction quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Previous GCC project experience.
  • Experience delivering fit-out, station, depot, or transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary construction interfaces within complex project environments.
