نبذة عن الوظيفة

في هذا الدور، ستقوم بإدارة التقدم اليومي لأصول الضيافة بدءًا من مراحل التخطيط المبكر مرورًا بالتصميم والمشتريات والتسليم. ستنسق بين أصحاب المصلحة وتطبق ضوابط المشاريع وتحل التحديات بشكل استباقي للحفاظ على أهداف الجدول الزمني والجودة والتسليم. سيكون تركيزك على دفع التقدم عبر الأصول وضمان توافق الفرق ودعم التنفيذ في الوقت المناسب.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة التسليم اليومي لأصول الضيافة في مراحل التخطيط والتصميم والبناء.
  • دفع أداء المشروع الاستراتيجي من خلال ضوابط المشروع، ومراقبة التكلفة والجدول الزمني والجودة والنطاق والمخاطر، وتحديد المشكلات بشكل استباقي، وتحليل البيانات، وتحدي النتائج، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • قيادة حوكمة المشروع وإعداد التقارير، وإعداد العروض التقديمية وترجمة البيانات إلى رؤى وتوصيات واضحة ومنظمة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وضمان تحقيق المعالم الرئيسية في الوقت المناسب.
  • دفع تنفيذ المشروع من خلال تنسيق وإدارة الواجهات والتبعيات وأصحاب المصلحة (الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمشغلين والفرق الداخلية)، وضمان التوافق وتحديد الإجراءات والقرارات وتنفيذها وإغلاقها للحفاظ على زخم التسليم.
  • تطوير وصيانة خطط إدارة المشاريع التفصيلية والجداول الزمنية وأدوات التتبع لدعم تنفيذ المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو المساحة الكميه أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
  • شهادة PMP أو MRICS أو MCIOB أو CEng أو RIBA أو ما يعادلها من الزمالة المعتمدة (مفضلة).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الإنشاءات في مشاريع عقارية أو بنية تحتية كبرى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات من جانب العميل أو المطور.
  • فهم قوي لتسليم المشاريع والضوابط.
  • القدرة على تنسيق أصحاب المصلحة المعقدين.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات والتحليل.
  • القدرة على إدارة مسارات عمل متعددة.
  • مهارات تواصل واضحة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئات سريعة الخطى وإدارة الغموض وتغيير الأولويات.
  • إتقان استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع وإعداد التقارير (مثل Primavera P6, Aconex وغيرها).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في تسليم أصول الضيافة والتعامل مع مشغلي الفنادق (مرغوبة).
  • خبرة عبر دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة من التخطيط إلى البناء (مرغوبة).
  • خبرة في العمل من جانب العميل أو المطور في بيئات المشاريع الكبرى (مرغوبة).
  • خبرة في العمل مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وشركاء التسليم (مرغوبة).
  • خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية / دول الخليج أو بيئات تطوير واسعة النطاق مماثلة (مرغوبة).
  • علاقات رئيسية مع أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك مشغلي الفنادق والاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين وشركاء التسليم/استشاريي إدارة المشاريع والجهات الحكومية (مرغوبة).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Manager - Hospitality Project Management to join our team! In this role you will manage the day-to-day progression of hospitality assets from early planning through design, procurement and delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders, implement project controls and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain programme, quality and delivery objectives. Your focus will be on driving progress across assets, ensuring teams remain aligned and supporting the timely execution of projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of hospitality assets across planning, design and construction stages
  • Drive strategic project performance through project controls, monitoring cost, programme, quality, scope and risk, proactively identifying issues, interrogating data, challenging outcomes and driving corrective actions
  • Lead project governance and reporting, preparing submissions and translating data into clear, structured insights and recommendations to support decision-making and secure timely outcomes across key milestones
  • Drive project execution by coordinating and managing interfaces, dependencies and stakeholders (consultants, contractors, Operators and internal teams), ensuring alignment and that actions and decisions are clearly defined, progressed and closed to maintain delivery momentum
  • Develop and maintain detailed project management plans, programmes and coordination trackers to support project execution


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • PMP, MRICS, MCIOB, CEng, RIBA or equivalent chartered status preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or construction management on major real estate or infrastructure developments
  • 5-7+ years of client-side or developer-side experience
  • Strong understanding of project delivery and controls
  • Ability to coordinate complex stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Aconex etc.)


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience delivering hospitality assets and interfacing with hotel Operators
  • Experience across full project lifecycle (planning to construction)
  • Experience working client-side or developer-side within major project environments
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors and delivery partners
  • Experience in KSA / GCC or similar large-scale development environments preferred
  • Key relationships with stakeholders, including: Hotel Operators, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers, Delivery Partners / Project Management Consultants, Government Authorities
