نبذة عن الوظيفة

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد وتخطيطات ونماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد تفصيلية من الرسومات التخطيطية والتعليمات الشفهية والمراجعات ووثائق التصميم الحالية.
  • العمل عن كثب مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والمصممين لفهم متطلبات المشروع وإعداد رسومات ونماذج فنية دقيقة.
  • مراجعة الرسومات والتحقق من دقتها واكتمالها وامتثالها لمعايير المشروع ومواصفاته ومتطلبات الجودة.
  • الحفاظ على وثائق المشروع والرسومات والنماذج مع ضمان التحكم السليم في الإصدارات والتخزين والاسترجاع وإدارة السجلات.
  • تطبيق معايير الرسم الهندسي والقواعد الهندسية والمبادئ الرياضية في إعداد المخرجات الفنية.
  • إعداد وتحديث ومراجعة نماذج CAD وBIM طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان الاتساق والتكامل عبر تخصصات المشروع.
  • دعم حل مشكلات التصميم والتوثيق من خلال التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية ومقدمي الخدمات وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات المشروع وتقديم تحديثات دورية عن المهام والنتائج المسندة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات المشروع ومعاييره ومتطلبات الجودة.
  • مراقبة وإدارة المهام المسندة مع الحفاظ على المرونة في بيئة المشروع الديناميكية.
  • دعم فرق المشروع بالتوثيق الفني وأنشطة الرسم ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.
  • أداء مهام أخرى مرتبطة بالدور حسب التكليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الرسم باستخدام CAD/BIM أو دعم التصميم الفني أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج CAD وBIM القياسية في المجال بما في ذلك AutoCAD وRevit وSolidWorks.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل مع القدرة على إنتاج رسومات ونماذج دقيقة وعالية الجودة.
  • فهم جيد لمعايير الرسم الهندسي والتوثيق الفني ومبادئ التصميم.
  • مهارات قوية في الرياضيات والهندسة وحل المشكلات الفنية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير وتطبيق الرسومات الهندسية المعقدة والمواصفات والوثائق الفنية.
  • خبرة في إدارة مراجعات الرسومات والتحكم في الوثائق وتنظيم ملفات المشروع.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة كتابياً وشفهياً باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعاون بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة الوقت.

المهارات المطلوبة

تشمل المهارات المرغوبة: شهادة Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP)، خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو النقل أو السكك الحديدية أو البناء، معرفة بسير عمل BIM وتنسيق النماذج وبيئات التصميم متعددة التخصصات، واستخدام منصات إضافية للبرامج الهندسية والنمذجة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CAD Support (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed 3D models from sketches, verbal instructions, markups, and existing design documentation.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and develop accurate technical drawings and models.
  • Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, and models, ensuring proper version control, storage, retrieval, and record management.
  • Apply drafting standards, engineering conventions, and mathematical principles in the development of technical deliverables.
  • Prepare, update, and revise CAD and BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and integration across project disciplines.
  • Support the resolution of design and documentation issues by coordinating with internal teams, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project records and provide regular status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor and manage assigned tasks while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic project environment.
  • Support project teams with technical documentation and related drafting activities as required.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the role as assigned.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting, technical design support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard CAD and BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings and models.
  • Good understanding of engineering drafting standards, technical documentation, and design principles.
  • Strong mathematical, geometric, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Experience managing drawing revisions, document control, and project file organization.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
  • Experience working in infrastructure, transportation, rail, or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, and multidisciplinary design environments.
  • Experience using additional engineering and modeling software platforms.
