شركة Amentum تعلن عن توظيف فني إلكترونيات طيران (Avionics Technician MH-60R) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتطلب المنصب فني إلكترونيات طيران ماهر في طائرات MH-60/H-60 قادر على أداء أعمال الصيانة الدورية (PMI) والصيانة على المستوى التنظيمي والمتوسط والقاعدي، بالإضافة إلى تشخيص الأعطال واختبار وإصلاح أجهزة الراديو والرادار ومعدات الملاحة وأجهزة الاتصال الأخرى. مطلوب معرفة واسعة في إصلاح الأسلاك والموصلات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح للتجميعات الرئيسية والفرعية واستبدال الأسلاك والموصلات على طائرات MH-60R والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
- امتلاك معرفة في النظرية الإلكترونية.
- إجراء الفحص وتشخيص الأعطال وتحديد مواقع الأعطال وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة على الأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة المرافق.
- تشغيل وصيانة جميع معدات الدعم الأرضي المناسبة. التعرف على الأدوات الشائعة والخاصة والدقيقة المستخدمة في صيانة وإصلاح المحركات واستخدامها وصيانتها.
- المسؤولية عن جميع وثائق الصيانة والنماذج والسجلات والتقارير باستخدام المراجع والمنشورات المناسبة بما في ذلك NAMP.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للفنيين السعوديين وغيرهم، بما في ذلك الاحتفاظ بسجلات التدريب المناسبة لتوثيق التدريب.
- الالتزام بثقافة السلامة وإكمال جميع متطلبات التدريب والمشاركة في مهام الاستجابة للطوارئ ولجان السلامة.
- الالتزام بسياسة الجودة وتنفيذ أنشطة العمل وفقًا لنظام الجودة وعقود العملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة حالية أو سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أداء أعمال كهربائية معقدة على طائرات الهليكوبتر تشمل التركيب والاختبار والتشخيص والإصلاح والتعديل والمعايرة النهائية وحل مشاكل الصيانة في أنظمة الملاحة والرادار والتعرف والتدابير المضادة الإلكترونية ونظام تحديد المواقع العالمي (GPS) وأنظمة التسليح.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات المعقدة التي يواجهها الطيارون أثناء الطيران والتي لا يمكن تكرارها على الأرض غالبًا.
- القدرة على اجتياز فحص الخلفية واختبار المخدرات.
- الحصول على تصريح أمني سري من وزارة الدفاع (DoD Secret Clearance) والمحافظة عليه. يشترط الجنسية الأمريكية للحصول على التصريح.
- القدرة على المشي والوقوف على أسطح مستوية ومائلة لفترات محددة يوميًا، وتسلق السلالم والمنحدرات والسلالم المتحركة ومنصات العمل.
- القدرة على رفع 50 رطلاً (حوالي 23 كجم).
- القدرة على تمييز الألوان والحكم على العمق ثلاثي الأبعاد.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter Avionics work to include but not limited to:
- Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and wire and connector replacements on the MH-60R aircraft and related systems.
- Have a knowledge of electronic theory.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems.
- Operate and maintain all applicable ground support equipment. Identify, use and maintain all common, special, and precision tools available for power plant maintenance and repair.
- Responsible for all maintenance documentations, applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and other publications including the NAMP.
- Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and other personnel to include maintaining appropriate training records to document training.
- 8 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to: installation, tests, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, alignments, modification, performing final test calibrations, and solving maintenance problems in highly complex navigation identification, radar electronic devices, navigational radar, electronic countermeasure systems, global positioning system (GPS), and armament systems.
- Must be able to solve complicated problems encountered by pilots while in flight. Often these problems cannot be duplicated on the ground.
- Have a thorough understanding of flight characteristics and their effects on electronic systems. Systems includes search/ navigational radar, communication, navigation, electronic countermeasures, data computing, recording equipment, weapons computer, and inertial measurement systems.
- Be able to use test equipment such as voltmeters, signal generators, sweep/ pulse generators, dual trace oscilloscopes, deviation meters, sweep carts, precision power, and frequency measuring devices. Also, must use various test sets that detect discrepancies that often do not appear during bench rework in work centers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and technical directives
- Work with miniaturized solid-state circuits and devices. Able to use a full range of hand tools common to the trade. Must have a thorough knowledge of digital/ analog computers, algebra, and trigonometry.
- Must be able to pass a background check, and drug test.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret Clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing. US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
