تعلن شركة Amentum عن وظيفة قائد كهربائي طيران (Aviation Electrician Lead) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات متقدمة في صيانة طائرات H-60 على المستويات التنظيمية والمتوسطة والمستودعية، بالإضافة إلى خبرة واسعة في إصلاح الأسلاك والموصلات الكهربائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح للمجموعات الرئيسية والمجموعات الفرعية واستبدال الأسلاك والموصلات في طائرات H-60 والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
- القيام بالتفتيش واستكشاف الأعطال وكشف العيوب وعزلها وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة على الأنظمة الكهربائية وخدمات المرافق.
- تشغيل وصيانة جميع معدات الدعم الأرضي المناسبة، واستخدام وصيانة الأدوات العامة والخاصة والدقيقة المتاحة لصيانة وإصلاح المحركات.
- المسؤولية عن جميع وثائق الصيانة والنماذج والسجلات والتقارير باستخدام المراجع والمنشورات المناسبة بما فيها NAMP.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للفنيين السعوديين وغيرهم من الأفراد، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب المناسبة لتوثيق التدريب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة حالية أو سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أعمال الكهرباء المعقدة لطائرات الهليكوبتر، تشمل التفتيش والاختبار والضبط والمحاذاة والتجميع/التفكيك والإصلاح والاستبدال والتعديل واستكشاف الأعطال للأنظمة الكهربائية للطائرات ومعدات AC/DC وأسطح التحكم في الطيران وكشف الحرائق وتوزيع الطاقة وأنظمة الوقود والمرافق.
- القدرة على تصحيح الاختلالات عن طريق إزالة أو إصلاح أو استبدال الدوائر والأسلاك والموصلات ووحدات التحكم والمقابس والمفاتيح والقواطع والثنائيات والمقاومات والمكثفات والمرحلات وغيرها من أجزاء الأنظمة الكهربائية للطائرات.
- إجراء الفحوصات الوظيفية النهائية على الأنظمة الكهربائية والمعدات والأسلاك والكابلات المثبتة حديثاً أو القائمة للتحقق من الاستمرارية والمقاومة والأمبير وانهيار العزل باستخدام الأدوات والمعدات القياسية والمتخصصة.
- معرفة شاملة بالنظرية الكهربائية والمبادئ والدوائر الكهربائية وتكوينها والأنظمة الكهربائية للطائرات وعلاقاتها المتبادلة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة عملية بالمبادئ الإلكترونية.
- القدرة على تتبع مسارات الإشارة عبر الدوائر المطبوعة وأسلاك الطائرات لاستكشاف الأعطال وتعديل وإصلاح وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية المعقدة في الطائرات مثل أنظمة منع الانزلاق والتحكم الآلي في الطيران ومؤشرات الوقود.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية للأسلاك والتعليمات الفنية.
- اجتياز فحص الخلفية واختبار المخدرات، وقد يُطلب الحصول على تصريح أمني سري والاحتفاظ به.
- القدرة على المشي والوقوف على أسطح مستوية ومائلة لفترات معينة خلال اليوم، وصعود السلالم والمنحدرات والسلالم ومنصات العمل.
- القدرة على رفع 50 رطلاً وتمييز الألوان والحكم على العمق ثلاثي الأبعاد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان إصلاح واستبدال الأسلاك والموصلات في الطائرات.
- الكفاءة في استخدام معدات الدعم الأرضي والأدوات الدقيقة.
- المعرفة المتعمقة بالنظرية الكهربائية والإلكترونية وتكوينات الدوائر.
- القدرة على تتبع الإشارات عبر الدوائر المطبوعة وأسلاك الطائرات واستكشاف الأعطال بدقة.

Position requires a skilled electrician with the ability to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on H-60 helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of engines, flight controls, fabrication of electrical systems and components. Extensive knowledge in wire, and connector repair is required. Position is in Jubail Saudi Arabia.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to:
- Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and wire and connector replacements on the H-60 aircraft and related systems.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems.
- Operate and maintain all applicable ground support equipment. Identify use, and maintain all common, special, and precision tools available for power plant maintenance and repair.
- Responsible for all maintenance documentations, applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and other publications including the NAMP.
- Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and other personnel to include maintaining appropriate training records to document training.
- 8 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to: inspections, testing, adjusting, aligning, assembly/disassembly, repair, replace, modification, troubleshooting, of aircraft electrical system, equipment, AC/DC power, flight controls, fire detection, power distribution, fuel, and utilities systems.
- Ability to correct discrepancies by removal, repair, or replacement of defective circuits, wires, connectors, control units, plugs, switches, circuit breakers, diodes, resistors, capacitors, relays, and other parts of aircraft electrical systems.
- Performs final functional checks on existing and newly installed aircraft electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and cables to check continuity, resistance, amperage and insulation breakdown with standard and specialized tools and equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory, principles, circuitry, circuit configuration, aircraft electrical systems and their interrelationships and a working knowledge of electronic principles.
- Must be able to trace signal paths through printed circuits, aircraft wiring to troubleshoot, modify, repair, overhaul, and maintain complex electrical systems on aircraft such as antiskid, automatic flight control, and fuel indicating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and technical directives.
- Must be able to pass a background check, and drug test. Also, may be required to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
