شركة Amentum تعلن عن حاجة لشغل وظيفة فني كهربائي طائرات (Aviation Electrician) من طراز MH-60R في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتطلب المنصب فني كهربائي ماهر قادر على أداء أعمال الصيانة الدورية والتفتيش والإصلاح على مستوى المنظمة والوسيط والمستودع لطائرات H-60، بما في ذلك استكشاف الأخطاء واختبار وإصلاح المحركات وأدوات التحكم في الطيران وتصنيع الأنظمة والمكونات الكهربائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح للتجمعات الرئيسية والفرعية واستبدال الأسلاك والموصلات في طائرات H-60 والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- إجراء التفتيش واستكشاف الأخطاء واكتشاف الأعطال وعزلها وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة للأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة المرافق.
- تشغيل وصيانة جميع معدات الدعم الأرضي المناسبة. تحديد واستخدام وصيانة جميع الأدوات الشائعة والخاصة والدقيقة المتاحة لصيانة وإصلاح محطة الطاقة.
- المسؤول عن جميع وثائق الصيانة والنماذج والسجلات والتقارير باستخدام المراجع والمنشورات الأخرى بما في ذلك NAMP.
- توفير التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للفنيين السعوديين وغيرهم من الموظفين، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب المناسبة لتوثيق التدريب.
- الامتثال لسياسات السلامة والجودة والإجراءات التشغيلية حسب ما هو منصوص عليه في نظام الجودة الخاص بالشركة والعقود.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة حالية أو سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أداء أعمال كهربائية معقدة على طائرات الهليكوبتر تشمل التفتيش والاختبار والضبط والمحاذاة والتجميع/التفكيك والإصلاح والاستبدال والتعديل واستكشاف الأخطاء للنظام الكهربائي للطائرة والمعدات وأنظمة التيار المتردد/المستمر وأدوات التحكم في الطيران وكشف الحريق وتوزيع الطاقة والوقود وأنظمة المرافق.
- القدرة على تصحيح الاختلافات عن طريق إزالة أو إصلاح أو استبدال الدوائر التالفة والأسلاك والموصلات ووحدات التحكم والمقابس والمفاتيح وقواطع الدائرة والثنائيات والمقاومات والمكثفات والمرحلات والأجزاء الأخرى من الأنظمة الكهربائية للطائرة.
- إجراء فحوصات وظيفية نهائية على الأنظمة الكهربائية والمعدات والأسلاك والكابلات الحالية والحديثة للطائرة للتحقق من الاستمرارية والمقاومة والأمبير وانهيار العزل باستخدام الأدوات والمعدات القياسية والمتخصصة.
- مطلوب شهادة QAR/CDQAR أو ما يعادلها عسكرياً (مفتش فني، مفتش فني مقيد) أو شهادة A&P.
- يجب أن يكون قادراً على الحصول على فحص خلفية NAC(T3) واختبار المخدرات والحفاظ عليهما. قد يُطلب الحصول على تصريح أمني سري.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة كفني كهربائي بحري (AE MH-60R HSM HSC) أو عسكري (15F بالجيش، 2A676 HH-60 بالقوات الجوية) أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على المشي والوقوف على أسطح مستوية ومائلة لفترات طويلة، وصعود السلالم والمنحدرات والسلالم ومنصات العمل.
- القدرة على رفع 50 رطلاً (حوالي 23 كجم).
- القدرة على تمييز الألوان والحكم على العمق ثلاثي الأبعاد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة شاملة بنظرية الكهرباء والمبادئ والدوائر وتكوينات الدوائر والأنظمة الكهربائية للطائرات وعلاقاتها المتبادلة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة عملية بمبادئ الإلكترونيات.
- القدرة على تتبع مسارات الإشارة من خلال الدوائر المطبوعة وأسلاك الطائرات لاستكشاف الأخطاء وتعديلها وإصلاحها وفحصها وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية المعقدة مثل أنظمة منع الانزلاق والتحكم الآلي في الطيران ومؤشرات الوقود.

Position requires a skilled MH-60/H-60 electrician with the ability to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on H-60 helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of engines, flight controls, fabrication of electrical systems and components. Extensive knowledge in wire, and connector repair is required. Position is in Jubail Saudi Arabia.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to:
- Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and wire and connector replacements on the H-60 aircraft and related systems.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems.
- Operate and maintain all applicable ground support equipment. Identify use, and maintain all common, special, and precision tools available for power plant maintenance and repair.
- Responsible for all maintenance documentations, applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and other publications including the NAMP.
- Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and other personnel to include maintaining appropriate training records to document training.
- 8 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to: inspections, testing, adjusting, aligning, assembly/disassembly, repair, replace, modification, troubleshooting, of aircraft electrical system, equipment, AC/DC power, flight controls, fire detection, power distribution, fuel, and utilities systems.
- Ability to correct discrepancies by removal, repair, or replacement of defective circuits, wires, connectors, control units, plugs, switches, circuit breakers, diodes, resistors, capacitors, relays, and other parts of aircraft electrical systems.
- Performs final functional checks on existing and newly installed aircraft electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and cables to check continuity, resistance, amperage and insulation breakdown with standard and specialized tools and equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory, principles, circuitry, circuit configuration, aircraft electrical systems and their interrelationships and a working knowledge of electronic principles.
- Must be able to trace signal paths through printed circuits, aircraft wiring to troubleshoot, modify, repair, overhaul, and maintain complex electrical systems on aircraft such as antiskid, automatic flight control, and fuel indicating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and technical directives.
- QAR/CDQAR, military equivalent such as Technical Inspector, or Restricted Technical Inspector or A&P Certificate required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NAC(T3) Background Investigation and drug test. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. May be required to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.
- Navy Aviation Electrician - AE MH-60R HSM HSC or Army 15F, Air Force 2A676 HH-60, or equivalent miliary MOS.
