تعلن شركة Trace Systems Inc. عن توفر وظيفة فني صوت (Voice Technician) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم عقد USMTM CITS.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب وتوفير وإدارة ومراقبة وصيانة واختبار وحل مشكلات خدمات VoIP وخدمات الصوت التناظرية والبعيدة المدى التي تدعم العمليات اليومية والطارئة.
  • إدارة منصة Cisco Unified Communications Manager أو أي منصة اتصالات مؤسسية معتمدة من الحكومة.
  • تكوين خطط الاتصال (dial plans)، والتقسيمات (partitions)، ومساحات البحث (calling search spaces)، وأنماط التوجيه والترجمة (route and translation patterns)، ومجموعات البحث (hunt groups)، وسياسات توجيه المكالمات، وخطط الترقيم.
  • تركيب وتكوين وحل مشكلات هواتف IP والبوابات (gateways) والمهايئات التناظرية (analog adapters) وموارد الوسائط والبريد الصوتي والأجهزة ذات الصلة.
  • الحفاظ على البرامج المعتمدة والبرامج الثابتة (firmware) والتصحيحات الأمنية ونسخ الاحتياط للتكوين وسجلات الاستعادة.
  • دعم الخطوط التناظرية وواجهات إطار التوزيع الرئيسي (MDF) وخدمات VoIP البعيدة المدى وخدمات الاتصالات المعتمدة للرفاهية المعنوية.
  • مراقبة معالجة المكالمات والتسجيلات والترانكات (trunks) والبوابات والإنذارات والحالة ومدى توفر الخدمة.
  • حل مشكلات زمن الاستجابة (latency) والتشويش (jitter) وفقدان الحزم (packet loss) والصدى (echo) وبرامج الترميز (codecs) والتسجيل والإشارات (signaling) والتوجيه وجودة الصوت.
  • التنسيق مع مسؤولي الشبكات بخصوص جودة الخدمة (QoS) ودعم بروتوكولات SIP وH.323 وMGCP وSCCP وغيرها من البروتوكولات المعتمدة.
  • التنسيق مع DISA وUSARCENT وCENTCOM وNETCOM ومزودي الخدمات التجارية ومقدمي الخدمات والقيادة العليا.
  • دعم تركيب الدوائر والمعدات وتخطيط النطاق الترددي والنقل البديل وتوسعة البنية التحتية ونقل المكاتب وتحديث التقنيات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق OSP/ISP والأنظمة (Systems) وVTC وسطح المكتب (Desktop) والأمن السيبراني (Cybersecurity) بخصوص قضايا الطبقة المادية والقضايا المشتركة بين الفرق.
  • الحفاظ على خطط الاتصال والمخططات وقوائم الجرد وسجلات الدوائر والتكوينات وتعليمات المستخدمين وإجراءات الاستعادة.
  • دعم تنفيذ أدلة الأمن التقني (STIGs) ومعالجة الثغرات والتسجيل والتصحيح والاستمرارية والتحويل في حالات الفشل (failover) واستعادة الكوارث والاتصالات البديلة.
  • الاستجابة للانقطاعات الحرجة للمهمة والمشاركة في اجتماعات مجلس مراقبة التغيير (CCB) ونوافذ الصيانة وانقطاعات الخدمة المصرح بها والاستدعاء الطارئ والدعم عند الطلب (on-call).

المتطلبات الأساسية

  • تصريح أمني ساري المفعول من المستوى السري (Secret) صادر عن حكومة الولايات المتحدة.
  • نظراً لطبيعة العمل ومتطلبات العقد: يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً أمريكياً.
  • يجب استيفاء متطلبات تأهيل DoD 8140 الخاصة بدور العمل المحدد: دور 451 - مسؤول أنظمة (System Administrator) بمستوى متوسط، ويمكن التأهل من خلال التعليم أو التدريب العسكري أو الشهادات أو مزيج منها.
  • المؤهلات المعتمدة تشمل درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو الأمن السيبراني أو علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو علوم البيانات أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو إكمال تدريب اتصالات عسكري أو شبكات ذي صلة.
  • الشهادات المعتمدة قد تشمل Security+ أو Cloud+ أو SSCP أو GSEC أو GICSP أو غيرها من شهادات DoD 8140 المعتمدة. كما يمكن قبول شهادات ذات مستوى أعلى أو معادلة معتمدة من DoD 8140 تنطبق على دور العمل المحدد.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات متراكمة وذات مسؤولية متزايدة في مجال الصوت المؤسسي أو الاتصالات الموحدة (Unified Communications).
  • خبرة عملية في إدارة Cisco Unified Communications Manager أو أي منصة اتصالات مؤسسية مماثلة.
  • خبرة في توجيه مكالمات VoIP وخطط الاتصال والبوابات ونقاط النهاية والواجهات التناظرية وحل المشكلات.
  • معرفة عملية بشبكات TCP/IP وجودة الخدمة (QoS) وبروتوكولات الصوت وتوثيق الاتصالات.
  • خبرة في الحفاظ على وثائق تقنية مفصلة ووثائق الاستعادة والاستمرارية.
  • القدرة على الانتقال إلى الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المؤهلات المفضلة

  • شهادة CCNA؛ يفضل شهادة تعاون من Cisco بما في ذلك CCNP Collaboration.
  • خبرة في دعم بيئات الصوت المصنفة لدى وزارة الدفاع (DoD) أو الجيش أو CENTCOM أو USARCENT أو NETCOM أو DISA.
  • خبرة مع CUCM وUnity Connection والبوابات ووصلات SIP (SIP trunks) والاتصال بالطوارئ وجودة الخدمة (QoS) والاتصالات التناظرية و MDF/IDF والدوائر الناقلة (carrier circuits).
  • خبرة في تنفيذ أدلة STIGs والتصحيح وضوابط RMF.
  • خبرة سابقة في الاتصالات خارج البلاد أو في الطوارئ أو الاتصالات العسكرية.

Job Overview

Job Title: Voice Technician

Job Location: Al Nakhla, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Voice Technician to support the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Voice Technician installs, provisions, administers, monitors, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and sustains enterprise VoIP, analog, and long-haul voice services supporting daily and contingency operations.

  • Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager or other Government-approved enterprise telephony platforms.
  • Configure dial plans, partitions, calling search spaces, route and translation patterns, hunt groups, call-routing policies, and numbering plans.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP phones, gateways, analog adapters, media resources, voicemail, and related hardware.
  • Maintain approved software, firmware, security patches, configuration backups, and restoration records.
  • Support analog lines, main distribution frame interfaces, long-haul VoIP, and approved morale-and-welfare calling services.
  • Monitor call processing, registrations, trunks, gateways, alarms, health, and service availability.
  • Troubleshoot latency, jitter, packet loss, echo, codecs, registration, signaling, routing, and voice-quality issues.
  • Coordinate with Network Administrators on Quality of Service and support SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, or other approved protocols.
  • Coordinate with DISA, USARCENT, CENTCOM, NETCOM, commercial carriers, service providers, and higher headquarters.
  • Support circuit and equipment installation, bandwidth planning, alternate transport, infrastructure expansion, office moves, and technology refreshes.
  • Coordinate with OSP/ISP, Systems, VTC, Desktop, and Cybersecurity personnel on physical-layer and cross-functional issues.
  • Maintain dial plans, diagrams, inventories, circuit records, configurations, user instructions, and restoration procedures.
  • Support STIGs, vulnerability remediation, logging, patching, continuity, failover, disaster recovery, and alternate communications.
  • Respond to mission-critical outages and participate in CCB, maintenance windows, Authorized Service Interruptions, emergency recall, and on-call support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements: US Citizenship is required.
  • Candidates must meet the applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the assigned work role. DoD 8140 Work Role(s): 451 - System Administrator, Proficiency Level: Intermediate; and may qualify through education, military training, certifications, or a combination thereof.
  • Qualifying credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering or completion of relevant military communications or network training.
  • Qualifying certifications may include Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, or other DoD 8140-approved certifications. Higher proficiency-level or equivalent DoD 8140-approved certifications applicable to the assigned work role may also be accepted.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible enterprise voice or unified communications experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager or a comparable enterprise telephony platform.
  • Experience with VoIP call routing, dial plans, gateways, endpoints, analog interfaces, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Quality of Service, voice protocols, and telecommunications documentation.
  • Experience maintaining detailed technical, restoration, and continuity documentation.
  • Ability to relocate to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Desired Qualification

  • CCNA certification; Cisco collaboration certification, including CCNP Collaboration, desired.
  • Experience supporting classified DoD, Army, CENTCOM, USARCENT, NETCOM, or DISA voice environments.
  • Experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, gateways, SIP trunks, emergency calling, QoS, analog telephony, MDF/IDF, and carrier circuits.
  • Experience implementing STIGs, patching, and RMF controls.
  • Prior overseas, contingency, or military telecommunications experience.
