تعلن فنادق روتانا (Rotana Hotels) في مكة المكرمة عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمحترفي الأمن المتحمسين والديناميكيين والملتزمين ممن يرغبون في تطوير مسيرتهم المهنية مع نمو الشركة. نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مسؤول الوقاية من الخسائر - موهبة سعودية (Loss Prevention Officer - Saudi Talent) للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توجيه وتنسيق أنشطة جميع أفراد الأمن.
- ضمان تأمين جميع ممتلكات الفندق بشكل كافٍ في جميع الأوقات.
- إعداد تقارير الحوادث اليومية والطلبات والمذكرات الداخلية، والتحقيق في ادعاءات الجرائم والحوادث الأخرى وتسجيلها.
- إعداد أهداف أمنية سنوية.
- التنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان التزام موظفي الفندق بإجراءات الأمن المقررة.
- التنسيق مع سلطات الشرطة الخارجية في التحقيق والتعامل مع الجرائم والحوادث التي تشمل الفندق وموظفيه و/أو نزلائه.
- أداء جميع المهام باستمرار بما يتوافق مع معايير الفندق والالتزام بجميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية وكونه محترف أمن معتمد.
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل ويفضل بخلفية في أمن الفنادق.
- الشهادات الإضافية مثل CPR أو الإسعافات الأولية أو BHV أو استخدام جهاز AED (مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة بطلاقة.
- القدرة على اتباع قواعد السلامة والأمن دون تنازل في جميع الأوقات.

Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Security Professionals who want to move their career forward along with the growth of the company.
As a Chief Security Officer / Loss Prevention Officer you are responsible to protect and safeguard all hotel guests, employees, their belongings and all hotel assets and your role will include key responsibilities such as-
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally be a graduate and a certified security professional with previous experience in a similar role preferably with a hotel security background. Additional certifications like CPR, First Aid, BHV or the use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) are a definite plus. A fluent command of English in both written and spoken and the capability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times is essential.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be determined with a positive and proactive attitude. You will have a remarkable ability to identify the worst, though remain positive, direct the team, stay calm under pressure with the attention to details and should possess following competencies-

- Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel
- Ensure that all hotel properties are adequately secured at all times
- Prepare daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and recorded
- Prepare annual security goals
- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedures
- Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, etc., involving the hotel, its employees and / or guests
- Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements
