شركة GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة Lead Commissioning Specialist في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية بدء وتنسيق وإنجاز أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة الحماية والتحكم في المحطات الفرعية الكهربائية وفقاً للأهداف العامة للسلامة والجودة والتكلفة والتسليم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنظيم وإدارة جميع اختبارات المحطات الفرعية.
  • إعداد خطة الاختبار وإجراءات الاختبار المرتبطة بها.
  • إجراء جميع أنواع اختبارات الموقع لأنظمة الحماية والتحكم.
  • وضع وتحديث جدول الاختبار، وفقاً للجدول الزمني العام.
  • إدارة معدات الاختبار في الموقع مثل أجهزة القياس الرقمية المتعددة، ومجموعات الحقن، وأجهزة قياس الواط، وغيرها، وضمان صحة شهادات معايرتها.
  • التحقق من أن جميع الاختبارات المنفذة في الموقع تتوافق مع متطلبات العقد (الجودة، النوع).
  • إصدار وإدارة تقارير عدم المطابقة عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان وضع علامات على جميع الرسومات لإعداد وثائق as-built.
  • مركزة وملء تقارير الاختبار وضمان اعتمادها/توقيعها من الاستشاري (إن وجد) أو العميل.
  • تنظيم وإدارة النسخ الاحتياطية لجميع ملفات الحاسوب للمعدات مثل إعدادات مرحلات الحماية وتكوين المعدات، لتسليمها مع الرسومات الموسومة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات PMH وGRID Quality & EHS وإجراءات IMS.
  • تسجيل والإبلاغ عن بيانات أهداف الجودة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
  • التنسيق مع العميل للأنشطة اليومية.
  • التوصية بالتغييرات الميدانية المفيدة لتشغيل المصنع أو اللازمة للتشغيل الفعال.
  • إعداد تقرير التشغيل النهائي يسلط الضوء على مناطق المشاكل، والتغييرات الهندسية الموصى بها، والتحسينات في الكفاءة التنظيمية وتقييمات أداء الأفراد لضمان تغذية الخبرة المكتسبة من كل عملية تشغيل إلى فريق إدارة المشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم الشهرية للأنشطة التي يقوم بها فريق التشغيل وتسليط الضوء على أي أحداث سلبية مثل التأخير، أخطاء التصميم/التركيب، قطع الغيار المفقودة، إلخ.
  • التحقق من إجراءات السلامة - التصاريح، بيانات الطريقة، تقييمات المخاطر، LOTO وجميع الأنشطة عالية الخطورة التي يتم اتباعها أثناء تسلسل التشغيل واستخدام المعدات والمواد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 7 سنوات كمهندس اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة SAS في صناعة مماثلة.
  • إلمام متخصص بأنظمة الحماية والتحكم وحماية المحطات الفرعية بما في ذلك: جميع لوحات الحماية لمستويات الجهد المختلفة 400/132/33/11kV (حماية قضبان التوزيع، حماية الخطوط، حماية القضبان، حماية المحولات، فحص المخطط، الاستقرارية، فصل الأحمال، حماية المكثفات، إلخ).
  • معرفة قوية بجميع لوحات التحكم لمستويات مختلفة (تشمل AVR، ABTS، ACCS، AMR) وغيرها.
  • معرفة جيدة بإعداد ملفات CID مع أنظمة SAS.
  • القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والوظائف بشكل أفقي وعمودي لتحقيق أهداف المشروع المشتركة.
  • القدرة على التواصل بشكل موجز مع القيادة العليا حول قضايا المشروع الرئيسية باستخدام الوسائل البصرية المناسبة.
  • القدرة على خلق ديناميكية فريق حقيقية وملكية مشتركة لأهداف المشروع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على إدارة العلاقات مع العميل والشركاء والأطراف الخارجية تحت الضغط مع البقاء ملتزماً بأهداف العمل/المشروع.

Job Description Summary

The Lead Commissioning Specialist is responsible for commencing, coordinating and completion of Testing & Commissioning Works of the Electrical substation protection and control systems in accordance with the overall targets (Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery) defined for the Project and in line with the technical specifications of the Contract.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing all the substation tests
  • Preparing test plan and associated test procedures
  • Carrying out all type of site tests of protection and control systems.
  • Establishing and updating testing schedule, in accordance with overall schedule
  • Managing test equipment at site such as: digital multi-meters, injection sets, watt-meters, etc., and ensure their calibration certificates are valid.
  • Checking all tests done on site are in accordance with contact requirements (quality, type)
  • Issuing and managing non-conformance reports when required
  • Ensuring marked-up of all drawings for preparation of as-built documentation
  • Centralizing/filling test reports and ensuring they are duly approved/signed by Consultant (if any) or Client
  • Organizing and managing the backup of all equipment computer files such as protection relays settings equipment configuration etc., in order to deliver them along with marked-up drawings
  • Ensuring compliance to PMH, GRID Quality & EHS Policies and IMS procedures
  • Recording and reporting of Quality Objectives & KPI data
  • Coordination with Client for Daily activities
  • Recommend field changes beneficial to plant operations or necessary for efficient commissioning.
  • Prepare final Commissioning report highlighting problem areas, recommended engineering changes, improvements in organizational efficiency and personnel performance evaluations to ensure that experience gained from each Commissioning is fed back to PM Team.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports of activities performed by Commissioning group and highlight any negative events such as delays, design/erection errors, missing spares etc.
  • Check on safety procedures - Permits, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, LOTO and all high-risk activities are followed during operation sequences and in use of equipment and materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years working experience as a SAS Testing and Commissioning Engineer in a similar industry.
  • Familiar with specialized in Protection & Control, Sub-Station protection including: all protection panels for different voltage levels 400/132/33/11kV (BusBar prot. line prot., BS prot., BC prot., transformer prot. scheme check, stability, Load shedding, Capacitors Prot..etc.).
  • Strong knowledge in all Control panels for different level (incl. AVR, ABTS, ACCS, AMR), and others.
  • Good knowledge to prepare interface ( CID ) files with SAS systems
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and functions laterally and upwards to achieve common project goals
  • Ability to succinctly communicate to senior leadership key project issues with appropriate visual aids
  • Ability to create genuine team dynamics and shared ownership of project goals
