Tech Pipeline focuses on the practical work of fixing broken internal processes that slow companies down. We do not deliver abstract strategy decks, we go into the tools and logs to find where the friction lives and fix it.

The role
 Our client is a logistics provider expanding its operations, and they need to automate high-volume data tasks that are currently manual and prone to error. This Junior AI Implementation Specialist position exists to help us deploy and monitor simple AI tools that handle document sorting and data entry to keep their supply chain moving. This is a fully remote role where you will focus on the technical details of how these automations perform in a live environment.

What you will do
  • Monitor daily logs of our document processing tools to catch and fix extraction errors.
  • Test new prompts and configurations to see how they handle different types of shipping labels and invoices.
  • Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as we change how the AI tools interact with the main database.
  • Manually review samples of processed data to ensure accuracy meets our quality standards.
  • Work with the broader team to map out how data moves from a scanned image to a final record.
  • Troubleshoot simple connectivity issues between the AI service and the internal software tools.
  • Draft weekly status reports that explain what broke, why it broke, and how the fix was implemented.
