شركة Mace تقدم استشارات إدارة مشاريع استراتيجية لمشاريع كبرى في الرياض، وتعلن عن وظيفة مدير مشروع (مرافق تدريب رياضية) للعمل على مشاريع تطوير الاستادات والمنشآت الرياضية الضخمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقدم Mace استشارات إدارة مشاريع استراتيجية لمشاريع إنشاء استادات جديدة كبرى، وإعادة تطوير استادات متعددة، وتحويل المناطق المحيطة في الرياض.
- يشمل نطاق العمل تسليم استادات جديدة، وزيادة سعة الاستادات القائمة، وتطوير مرافق متعددة الاستخدامات، وضمان نقل المعرفة لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي والاستدامة طويلة المدى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد النطاق والأهداف وملامح المخاطر.
- تعزيز ثقافة الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، وضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية وتعزيز الممارسات الشاملة.
- الدفع نحو الاستدامة والابتكار الرقمي، ودعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني.
- دعم دراسات الجدوى ومراجعة التصاميم المفاهيمية وقياس التكاليف.
- إعداد حزم المناقصات وإدارة عمليات التأهيل المسبق.
- إدارة تقييمات العطاءات والمفاوضات وعمليات منح العقود.
- الإشراف على تعيين فريق التصميم وإدارة النطاق والرسوم والتغييرات.
- توجيه ومراقبة التنفيذ في الموقع، وضمان الالتزام بأهداف البرنامج والتكلفة والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا بعد التخرج، تشمل مشاريع الاستادات أو المنشآت الرياضية الكبرى.
- عضوية مهنية أو خبرة معادلة في إدارة المشاريع أو تخصصات البناء.
- سجل مثبت في إدارة مراحل ما قبل المناقصة والمشتريات والبناء على برامج معقدة وعالية القيمة.
- يفضل الحصول على الزمالة المهنية أو العضوية المهنية (Chartered or professional membership).
- قدرة قوية على القيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والفطنة التجارية.
المهارات المطلوبة

The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new-build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

The Project

The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and risk profiles.
- Drive a culture of health, safety, and well-being, ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting inclusive practices.
- Champion sustainability and digital innovation, supporting net zero carbon goals.
- Support feasibility studies, concept design reviews, and cost benchmarking.
- Prepare tender packages and manage pre-qualification processes.
- Manage tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.
- Oversee design team appointments and manage scope, fees, and variations.
- Direct and monitor on-site delivery, ensuring adherence to programme, cost, and quality targets.
- 15+ years’ postgraduate professional experience, including stadium or major sports venue projects.
- Professional membership or equivalent experience in project management or construction disciplines.
- Proven track record of managing pre-tender, procurement, and construction phases on complex, high-value programmes.
- Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
