Job Purpose:

To design, develop, customize, and support Oracle enterprise applications (such as EBS and/or Fusion) in alignment with business requirements, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop OAF & ADF
• Develop and maintain customizations using Oracle technologies
• Design and build reports and dashboards
• Develop integrations between Oracle systems and external applications (APIs / Web Services)
• Perform testing (Unit Testing / System Integration Testing) to ensure solution quality
• Provide technical support and resolve system issues (bug fixing)
• Optimize system and database performance
• Document technical designs, developments, and customizations
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in:
• PL/SQL
• Expert in OAF and ADF.
• Oracle Forms & Reports (for EBS)
• Oracle APEX (preferred)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (for Fusion)
• Understanding of system architecture
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database
• Experience with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)

Functional Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of:
• Finance
• Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8-15 years of experience in Oracle application development
• Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion (both preferred)
