تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة رجل إطفاء (Firefighter) للعمل في محافظة البصرة، العراق، ضمن فريق تطوير حقل مجنون (Majnoon Field).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حضور الاجتماعات والمهام الإدارية في غياب مشرف الوردية.
- ضمان تسليم وردية الإطفاء بشكل إيجابي.
- تحديث فريق الوردية بالأنشطة والمهام اليومية.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ مهام الوردية بكفاءة.
- المساعدة في ضمان توفر أفراد ومعدات فريق الإطفاء للأنشطة عالية الخطورة والحوادث الطارئة المجدولة والمعتمدة.
- المساعدة في جميع المهام الإدارية لفريق الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ (ERT).
- الاستعداد التام للاستجابة للطوارئ عبر الهاتف/اللاسلكي أثناء فترة المناوبة.
- التأكد من إجراء فحوصات مركبات ومعدات الإطفاء التابعة لـ MFD وتسجيل النتائج.
- حضور اجتماعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عند الحاجة في غياب مشرف الوردية.
- المساعدة في إجراء التدريبات اليومية للطوارئ.
- المساعدة في دورات تدريب الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ في MLC عند الحاجة.
- تنفيذ مهام إضافية متوقعة من مساعد مشرف وردية في فريق الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ الحديث، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الانسكابات النفطية والحوادث البيئية ودعم البنية التحتية الحيوية.
- المساعدة في تطوير أفراد فريق الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ.
- النيابة كنقطة اتصال في أي حوادث طارئة والقدرة على إطلاع الإدارة على حالة الحادث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- اعتماد دولي في الإطفاء (مستوى أساسي أو متقدم مثل JOIFF).
- تدريب على إدارة الحوادث/قيادة موقع الحادث.
- استخدام جهاز التنفس المستقل (SCBA).
- تدريب على الاستجابة للانسكابات النفطية.
- شهادة إسعافات أولية.
- رخصة قيادة DDT (إذا كان مطلوباً القيادة أثناء العمل).
- اجتياز تدريب MFD التوجيهي (فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ).
- تدريب على الاستجابة للطوارئ في مواقع العمل (العمل على الارتفاعات، الأماكن المغلقة، H2S، إلخ).
- لياقة طبية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة بصناعة النفط والغاز.
- فهم جيد وخبرة عملية في جميع الجوانب الوظيفية للإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ (بما في ذلك الانسكابات النفطية).

Duties And Responsibilities
- Attends meetings and administrative duties, in the absence of Watch Supervisor.
- Ensure positive Fire Watch Handovers.
- Update Watch on daily activities & duties.
- Assist with Watch tasking & duties are being conducted efficiently.
- Assist, to ensure Fire Team Watch personnel & resources/materials are available for approved & scheduled High Risk Activities and emergency incidents.
- Assist with all Fire & ERT Watch administration.
- Be reachable at all times (phone/radio) in preparation for emergency response, during their work rotation.
- Ensure MFD Fire Vehicles & equipment inspections are conducted and findings recorded.
- Attends HSE meetings where required, in the absence of Watch Supervisor.
- Assist with the running of daily emergency drills.
- Assist MLC with fire and emergency response training courses, if required.
- Carry out additional tasks expected from a modern Fire & Emergency Response Team Assistant Watch Supervisor. Including, but not limited to; Oil Spill, Environmental Incidents and other critical infrastructure support.
- Assist with personnel development of the Fire & ER Watch.
- Deputise as the focal point at any emergency incidents, and able to brief management on incident status.
- Basic or advanced international firefighting accreditation (JOIFF etc)
