تعلن شركة Faena عن توفر وظيفة مدير مالي (Director, Finance) في مشروع Wadi Safar بمنطقة الدرعية، الرياض. سيكون المرشح المسؤول عن قيادة الإستراتيجية المالية للمشروع خلال مرحلتي ما قبل الافتتاح وما بعده، وضمان الامتثال والدقة والشفافية مع دعم النمو التشغيلي والفني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الإستراتيجية المالية لمشروع Faena Wadi Safar بما يتماشى مع الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية.
- تقديم تحليلات مالية وتوقعات وتوصيات داعمة لاتخاذ القرارات والنمو طويل الأمد.
- التعاون مع الإدارة والمالكين لتحديد مؤشرات الأداء المالية والأهداف ومعايير النجاح.
- قيادة التخطيط المالي لمرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات وتخصيص النفقات الرأسمالية والتوقعات التشغيلية.
- إنشاء أنظمة وإجراءات مالية ورقابية تضمن الامتثال والدقة والجاهزية للانطلاق التشغيلي.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لمراقبة تكاليف ما قبل الافتتاح وإدارة الميزانيات بكفاءة.
- الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد وفقاً لمعايير (IFRS) واللوائح المحلية ومعايير الشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين السعودية والالتزامات الضريبية ومتطلبات التدقيق.
- الحفاظ على سجلات وتفصيلات ووثائق جاهزة للتدقيق للمالكين والجهات الرقابية.
- تنفيذ ضوابط داخلية قوية لحماية الأصول وإدارة المخاطر المالية.
- التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لمراقبة الميزانيات ومراكز التكلفة والأداء التشغيلي.
- تعزيز سلامة الإيرادات وإدارة المصروفات والربحية مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة الفائقة.
- قيادة وتوجيه وإلهام فريق المالية لتعزيز النمو المهني والتعاون والمساءلة.
- بناء ثقافة الدقة والشفافية والتميز التشغيلي داخل قسم المالية.
- دعم تخطيط التعاقب الوظيفي وتطوير المواهب، خاصة بين المواطنين السعوديين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قيادية مالية عليا في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة أو المنتجعات أو المشاريع المتعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإدارة المالية قبل الافتتاح، والتوقعات، وإعداد الميزانيات، وإعداد التقارير.
- معرفة قوية باللوائح المحاسبية والضريبية والتنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- شخص استراتيجي، دقيق، وذو فطنة تجارية مع مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية ممتازة.
- شريك طبيعي للعمليات والإدارة قادر على ترجمة الأرقام إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة العربية ميزة قوية).
- مهارات تحليلية واتصال عالية.
- قدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

The Role
As Director of Finance, you will be the strategic steward of Faena Wadi Safar’s financial health. You will lead all financial operations during pre-opening and beyond, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance while enabling commercial excellence and owner confidence.
You will act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, Directors, and ownership, translating financial insight into decisions that support Faena’s artistry, operational precision, and sustainable growth.
What You Will Create
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Faena Wadi Safar’s financial strategy, aligned with operational and business objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making and long-term growth.
- Partner with ownership and leadership to define financial KPIs, targets, and success metrics.
- Lead pre-opening financial planning, including budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX) allocations, and operational forecasting.
- Establish financial systems, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance, accuracy, and readiness for operational launch.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor pre-opening costs and manage budgets efficiently.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, local regulations, and corporate standards.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, tax obligations, and audit requirements.
- Maintain detailed records, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation for ownership and regulatory bodies.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and manage financial risk.
- Partner with department heads to monitor budgets, cost centers, and operational performance.
- Drive revenue integrity, expense management, and profitability while maintaining ultra-luxury service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Build a culture of precision, transparency, and operational excellence within the finance department.
- Support succession planning and talent development, particularly among Saudi nationals.
Who You Are
- A senior finance leader with experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex mixed-use developments.
- Proven expertise in pre-opening financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A natural partner to operations and leadership, able to translate numbers into actionable insight.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
