المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص وتشخيص وإصلاح معدات التكييف والتبريد، بما في ذلك الشيلرات، ووحدات معالجة الهواء (AHUs)، ووحدات المروحة (FCUs)، والوحدات المنفصلة، ومراوح العادم، والثلاجات والمجمدات الكبيرة.
- امتلاك معرفة قوية بأنظمة الشيلرات، وأنظمة VRV/VRF، ودورات التبريد، وأنظمة التحكم.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للجدول الزمني المحدد وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
- الحفاظ على سلامة وكفاءة جميع أجهزة النبات، وغرف المعدات، والمعدات، ومناطق العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم فني أو ITI في مجال التكييف والتبريد أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- لا يقل مستوى التعليم عن الصف العاشر مع خلفية أخلاقية جيدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في قسم فني أو هندسي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (مستوى متوسط).
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة التكييف المركزية ووحدات التبريد ودوائر التحكم.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, walk-in coolers, and freezers. Strong knowledge of chillers, VRV/VRF systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per the established schedule and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment, and Work areas.
- Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
- Maintain and service heating, cooling, and air-handling units to ensure proper climate control in guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitor and adjust system parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Hold a Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in his educational attainment.
- Possess software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.
